This mcdonald's Is in an area not frequented by many people of my race. it took a few times of me going in there. But they immediately became friendly once they became familiar with me. I enjoyed going in there. It was a nice atmosphere with the people that work there Generally, it is women who would take my order or give me my food and they will always pleasant. A place I would recommend to go and eat. And there are a lot of mcdonald's that I would not say this about
Place looked great and service was on point. I can't imagine the amount of work it takes to keep a restaurant clean, but we struggled to find a clean table with clean chairs in a mostly empty dining room. We resorted to doing a quick wipe down ourselves and enjoyed our meals.
This is my favorite MCDONALDS....
They have NEVER MESSED UP on ANY ORDER...
But the one located on six mile cypress and close to colonial drive HAS NEVER GOT MY 40-50 DOLLAR ORDERS RIGHT NOR COMPLETE. The worst thing is they never answer their PHONE EITHER
We like breakfast & drive thru option. Didn't go inside. We share a Big Breakfast but recently tried the Breakfast Chicken Biscuit. YUM.
We make it an option once a week.
Fast service....lovely coffee and fresh cookies creepy customers though....one in particular....talked to himself and jettisoned a rucksack. Back in northern Ireland we would runlike hell...as the rucksack might have gone BOOM!.........
Everyone was friendly and I got exactly what I ordered. The only thing that I was not able to get was the Mango pineapple smoothie. It was not available 😢
The staff has always been friendly, the food is hot and quick, the location is very clean.
A huge shout out to Ivonne , Porsche and tenisha!!!! Ivonne reached out to me after my order was wrong, she was pleasant, kind and patient... Porsche and tenisha helped me when I came back to the store to get the correct order.. these 3 are the real MVP's!!!! Especially for those of us who CAN'T live without the steak bagels!!! ♥️♥️
Though I have had issues with other McDonalds, I have not had an issue with this one. I will say that recently they were accepting cash paymemts only. So downloading the app and then ordering that way was a loophole (not my idea). Otherwise the food quality is good for a McDonalds
Staff and service is really good never had a problem
The manager always makes me a fresh cup of decaf because I come in after breakfast when it’s old. I only spend a dollar on it, so I really appreciate her taking the trouble to make it fresh for me.
