Whole Hog Café has excellent food and great atmosphere! Their brisket was tender and juicy; their pulled pork was almost as good as my mom's. They had six sauces that were clearly labeled and tasty. Blues music and the smell of hickory smoke filled the air. I'll be back.
Sorry no pictures. The sandwich was small but good. The pulled pork was very tender and you are given a choice of 6 sauces at your table. All the sauces are great. I had two very small sides. Bland mac and cheese and potato salad. Both were meh. Not a place I will return to. Gave 4 stars for the meat alone. Very small menu with few choices for mixed plates.
No doubt the meat and sauces are great but the rest left me wanting.
The pulled pork was great with a lot of choices for different types of bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese wasn't very good but the baked beans had a good flavor. Overall good experience and will definitely be back.
Eating at Whole Hog Cafe was a good experience. Very very clean and spacious and the food was very tasty. Plenty of large screen TVs you could watch a variety of shows. Overall very pleasant dining experience and the customer service is wonderful
Always so delicious a lil pricey but I get to spoil myself every so often.. about $12 for a sandwich with baked beans and tater salad not even a drink..😳 closer than JC's in VB or wildhorse in sallisaw so it will work for a quick bbq fix.
