It was a lovely dining experience. We sat outside on their patio. Our server was pleasant and never let our glasses get low! The food was something to write home about! So very tasty. I typically do not order chicken out, especially at an Italian restaurant but their Chicken Piccata will not disappoint. I definitely recommend this little hidden gem!
My extended family and I ate here on 7/11/23 and we all agreed this is a new favorite place to add to our list! The food was amazing with good portion sizes. The pasta as cooked perfectly and sauces were delicious. Our server was very friendly and provided excellent service! We will be back next year!
We had dinner at Ali’s this afternoon! We have a catering business and we find it hard to find a restaurant that is acceptable to out standards! This place was over the top! Exceptional food, exceptional service, and the people were super friendly! The owner came by our table and we let her know that this was an exceptional restaurant! Pricing was fair and the food was awesome!!
Escargo was wonderful!The lobster ravioli was very good & the grouper special was outstanding! Our waitress was attentive & very nice. The pizza appears to be a popular option, too. This is a very nice place with lots of menu choices.
Wow! We’ve lived here 3 years and just discovered this place. I’m Italian and I can honestly say this is the absolute best Italian we’ve had in this area. The service from the start was top notch. We were seated by the owner Charlotte who was the sweetest. Our server was Diego, also top notch and attentive. Try the Ali-tini 🍸
The dishes we ordered, eggplant parmigiana and stuffed manicotti were so delicious and cooked perfectly. We ordered tiramisu and a chocolate gelato martini for dessert, all of which were fantastic!! The bread and homemade garlic herb dipping oil is to die for. The owner Charlotte returned to check on us and we chatted about the place and how her and her husband Ali work to make it all perfect. They are a true gem in Ft.Walton. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

We came in tonight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything was exceptional, except the server didn’t wish her a happy birthday. 🤷♀️🤦♀️oh well. Not wanting anything free lol just had mentioned it
Ali’s hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever dined, with an “At home” atmosphere and ambiance you just can’t go wrong, especially celebrating special occasions. Thank you again to the owners as always “You” never disappoint. Also, thank you “Chefs” yummy 👏👏💯😋

Decided to try for dinner and was absolutely amazed. The bread and olive oil for starters was so tasty. Not to mention the spaghetti and meatballs. The supreme pizza is also a must try. Fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend!
I’ve eaten at Ali’s bistro several times now and have been completely impressed every time. I have had their chicken piccata, pizza, and gelato. The atmosphere is quiet lovely. You’re transported to Italy the moment you walk in. Support this local restaurant and dine here soon. I promise it’s worth it 😋
We ended up here on accident but enjoyed it. We had bruchetta (pictured) that was very bland. We had to ask for balsamic dressing to "doctor" it up. We also had the antipasta platter which was different but delicious. Again it needed the balsamic to "doctor" it up but the flavors were great. Don't skip the olive oil with herbs! Service was a bit slow but very accommodating. She brought us everything we asked for.
We decided to come check the restaurant out after someone left a snarky review.. let me tell you, this place is amazing!! The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is top notch!! The outdoor patio is a great place to eat or have a group dinner.. we will definitely be back. It goes to show there are some really entitled "Karens" who love to post bad reviews because they cannot make the correct reservation. Ask to be seated in Roy's section. He was very personable, and his service was perfection
We have visited twice in the past month. HIGHLY SUGGEST reservations.
We are locals and just stumbled on it. We love their aurora sauce (marinara with heavy cream). We have tried their lasagna, cheese ravioli, pasta and sausage, baked ziti, and tortellini entrées. We were very happy with the flavor and portion size of each dish. Each dish is accompanied by freshly baked bread, which is delicious! We also had their garlic olive oil dip appetizer and fried ravioli. Both were very yummy.
If you don't make a reservation, you may be able to sit in the bar. Thus happened to us the first visit. The difference in service was enough to ensure we will always make reservations.
Everything us homemade, so it takes time. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to truly enjoy the dining experience.
We tried this for my stepdaughter's birthday. She loved it and can't wait to visit again. Service was not the best but was acceptable. We made a reservation since it was recommended and I'm glad we did because it got busy, fast!
Everything we had was delicious, even for my husband, who is not a big fan of Italian food.
I had the Cheese ravioli (YUM!) And a side salad, stepdaughter had the carbonara with shrimp, and husband had the filet (which was cooked to the correct temp). And the Ali dip as the appetizer (very good).
This was our 2nd time here and it did not disappoint. It's a little hard to get to with all the construction....but so worth it! We've only tried the pizza ...but it has been fabulous both times...great drinks too! We sat at the bar and saw them make so many mouth watering drinks....I'll definitely have to get a martini next time!!
First I would like to say Lyn was amazing. Excellent service very friendly and personalable. This was our second time here how we didn't know about this place after so many trips idk. A hidden gem for sure. Had the Portabella Mushroom ravioli with shrimp,the sauce was delicious. A perfect cream sauce with amazing ingredients. My mom had the Carbonara she said it was very good. Everyone that worked there did a great job asking us for refills and checking on us. We will be back before we head home. Highly recommend to anyone that loves Italian and definitely make reservations. We got dessert Togo can't wait to try it .
The only thing to complain about is the salmon was overcooked. The lamb chops are one of the best meals ever. The others enjoyed pasta dishes. The salad and bread with olive oil are top notch. Two of their desserts were rated 9.9 and 10. I won’t say which ones.
So glad we found Ali’s while doing a Google search for restaurants. Absolutely the best food we’ve had in a long time. Everything from being seated right away (Wednesday evening), atmosphere, food & service was amazing. Lauren, our server was nice & made great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back while visiting next year for another great anniversary dinner.
We held a 93rd Birthday celebration dinner for our family at Ali’s last week and it was fabulous! They accommodated the 12 of us perfectly. The service was exceptional and the food and wine, from appetizers to dessert, was outstanding. Such a rare find in a beach town. Everything was perfection. Thank you Charlotte for having an amazing team at your restaurant ❤️!
Went in late Friday and had the I most amazing experience. Lauren was our waitress and hands down one of the best servers I have ever had! She made great suggestions on food, was fast, efficient and super nice. The food was amazing!

The grouper special is a must try! Very well presented and accented! The fish is very tasty! You also get a side salad and pasta with red sauce which is great! You also have to try their house made olive oil, it’s truly authentic and outstanding! Lauren was my server and did a great job, but the highlight was meeting Ali and his wife Charlotte! You won’t find a better restaurant in town.
