The service was outstanding. Everyone was great! The food was good. We were very confused at the plating of the dishes. Apparently there was new kitchen staff. they were told how it should have came out and our plates were offered to be fixed.

Service sucked! But the new pancake tacos are great!
Great location, and they had the all you can eat pancakes for $5. The staff was great and super friendly and just kept bringing pancakes. We were so stuffed and didn't eat for the rest of the day.
New location, new employees and great service! Me and my husband stopped by for lunch around 4pm and it was awesome. My server was Connie and another tall male server don’t know his name but he was wearing a blue shirt both did an excellent job. Many thanks!
New location.. everything is clean.. good customer service.. I don’t expect to be treated like a King.. I realize I’m just eating out, these servers are working multiple tables and I’m sure doing the best that they can do.. I have no complaints.. even caught some awesome dinner deal / special.. it’s IHOP stop in and eat.. or don’t!!
Absolutely amazing French Toast!! Some of the best around! This specific IHOP did have few few wait staff working. Only one waitress was working on one night snd I felt bad for her because she had to handle everyone, but she still did a great job. The 2nd time I visited there were 2 waitresses but the one we had never came to check on us and didn't refill our drinks so I ran out half way through my meal. Other than that, it's usually a great time and always great food! I'll go back for sure!

The new IHOP on Beal pkwy is a great spot. Service has been wonderful and food always on point. Chicken and waffles are very yummy here too!
This was one of the better Ihops I've been to. The wait time is usually pretty minimal even when it is very busy. The servers are very nice and some times they are shorthanded, which most people don't seem to understand. So I expect to have longer times to be waited on. The quality of the food has been very good every time that I've visited. The atmosphere is better than most places you can go around there. It is quite open for being in a smaller building than I'm used to seeing for Ihop restaurants.
Slow start but ended well. Walked in at 2pm had to wait a little but that’s understandable due to shift change. Host was pleasant, and the waiter Alexander Jordan was perfect. Explained that he was a little new which made us/customers more acceptable and understanding but he was on point and served us well. Food was good, tasty and value for the money. This IHOP is new and it looks like it will be around for a while (with support from staff, head office and management) we hope 😀.
I have never been to this location before, but I was great!! Very spacious and customer service excellent. The manager is like those people who do take their jobs seriously. Great everything 👏 🙌 ❤️
Jamie, my server, went above and beyond. Not only was she working with one of her arms in a sling, but she was handling the entire restaurant by herself and still providing excellent service and recommendations.
