I went to the Starbucks drive thru on Illinois Rd, to pick up a drink& cake pop that my daughter orded online. The employee working the drive up window was very friendly& cheerful. I got a Pink drink, cake pop & lemon cake slice. 🍰🥤 🥳 My order was ready in a short while. I loved my drink it was very yummy. A Creamy & fruity strawberry flavor. The lemon cake & cake pop were very moist & flavorful🥰👍

I'm at this Starbucks a couple times a month and everyone is friendly. I'm also impressed by how quickly I usually get through the drive thru line.

I called the store and spoke with an Emily and explained my fiancé and I’s situation that we tested positive with COVID a little over a week ago and was just now getting our taste and smell back. I explained to her that we were craving some Starbucks and asked her if we ordered online if there was any way they could set the order outside so we do not have to come in contact with anyone. Emily was kind, understanding, and happy to help us! When we came to pick up our order, the workers even left us a kind note in the bag. It was a nice surprise to find especially with all of the surrounding Starbucks being extremely short staffed that they still took the time to write us a note.

They were very busy with a long line. The gal at the window was still cheery and friendly. Our drinks were excellent.

The staff at this Starbucks is top notch. They greet you when you walk in, and are quick to fill orders. During a time when everyone is understaffed, these people are working hard to serve their customers. I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks, Starbucks!

Something I would like to point out for all of our "activists" and cool kids who care. Starbucks uses and has used (before it was cool) ethically sourced coffee. Meaning no slave labor was used. Make sure you ask if your cool little coffee shop uses fair trade coffee, if not, you are supporting slavery! I stopped going to our local coffee shops once I knew they were not using fair trade. It's your responsibility to support socially responsible companies. Do not assume it's ethical, if it's cheap, it's slave sourced. Do not expect this small effort to be someone else's responsibility, ask and then act accordingly. Thank you Starbucks for supporting ethical practices!!!
