If you appreciate fresh food with a twist, eat here. If you like options and things that you've not seen before, give this place a try. Very little on the menu is exactly like you've seen it other places. The food was outstanding, the service was too. The setting is hip & trendy, but relaxed enough for kids. Also, if you have food allergies or need vegan/vegetarian, this place has you covered. We'll definitely be back.
One of the best restaurant in DFW! Excellent service. Manager is around making sure that everyone gets the best of everything. Hands down! For someone who is on low carb or keto diet, this the place to go. Great food!

We had such a great time last time. We sat out on the patio, the weather was perfect.
The wait staff was super friendly.
I had the quinoa burger (again). I think that was my third time to get it. Full of flavor,as always.
My husband got the mussels and ordered a side of fries. The fries were yummy, not too over cooked. My husband said the mussels we just “ok”.
We recommend this place to all of our friends.
Our server Ty was great. Knowledgeable of the menu and personable. The food was well seasoned cooked to perfection. Great flavors. The nachos were balanced with the toppings and the stripe bass was crisp skin moist meat. The short ribs melt in your mouth tender.
Gary was a great server! Kelle at the bar, was wonderful! Very good service and great view on the patio! Enjoyed our visit!
Great service and food was tasty. I love the gluten-free options and how customize-able the menu was. I thought the cider prices were a bit steep and the location was a bit hard to locate at first (I'm from out of town) but otherwise a solid place to grab a bite/pint.
Its a great place with running trail and a great patio outside. Had a lot of vegetarian options as well and I really liked the food and the service.

Not much negative. The sweet potato hash had some undercooked pieces..the quinoa meatballs were a tad dry or overcooked. Gotta be careful with non meats. The cauliflower "grits" were amazing. Try the vegan queso. It's amazing. Seriously all GF, vegans and vegetarians just have to try it. They have charred flesh too. Prices not great. Server, Ty, was very nice and helpful however he'd never seen caddy shack. Not good. Lol
Over all I will eat there again and again. Look out spiral diner!

The new avocado toast (Mexican style) is the best and the pork nachos are also a top pick for us! Fort Worth location, being as big as it is, we've always had good service and haven't had to wait too long for a table.
Flavors are unique, well balanced, and I felt great after eating here! A tasty and health-conscious spot.

My fiance Thad and I visited HG Sply first time this past Sunday.. Cheeseburger and buffalo chili excellent.. gluten free bun tasty.. everything delicious.. we frequent several restaurants in Fort Worth and Kelley is the best bartender we have ever had .. she provided excellent service .. we just loved her .. ask for Kelley when u come in ..
This restaurant was a good choice and we had a great time there. I love the view to The Trinity Park while we can enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food. Great menu, prices and sizes of food. The staff are nice and it’s nice to share with your family or friends.
Once again,it's date night for me and my wife. Another random, but excellent pick. Our server was very friendly. The only reason that I did not give a five for service is that I feel as though he could have been a little more attentive. We would have liked to order our dinner right after our appetizers were served. We were just about finished before he returned to take our food order, otherwise the service was excellent. The food was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

The waiters inside and outside are great, they are patient and friendly.
But the person at the front desk was not so friendly.
By the way, their seats are very small.
Even if you have 5 people, they will seat you in a four-person seat and give you another chair. Everyone feels very crowded
The nachos were so good. Great chips, lots of toppings and great flavor. Our drinks were also very good. If it’s nice out you can take a nice walk down the Trinity.
Loved the nachos but my Redfin tacos were just ok. My kids had the build your own bowls and liked them very much. Would come back again because the atmosphere is great and being by the water is nice.

My recent visit to HG SPLY CO was nothing short of delightful. My coworkers and I have recently enjoyed going here for happy hour. The wait staff are extremely nice and parking is pretty easy.
The Guava Margarita is one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a while! This margarita, with its harmonious blend of pineapple, Lunazul tequila, Cointreau, guava, and lime, is a tropical symphony in a glass. The sweet notes of guava and pineapple provide an amazing contrast with the sharpness of a squeeze of lime and the depth of tequila. It's a drink that is refreshing after a week full of hard work.
For those seeking plant-based delights, the HG Chips and Queso is a must-try. The spicy vegan cashew queso is rich and creamy, with just the right amount of kick. Paired with the buttery texture of avocado and the sharp bite of green onions, it's a dish that packs a flavor explosion. My children were over the moon with the fact that they were able to order a gluten free + breaded chicken sandwich that they rated a 10/10. It was so good that we brought the entire staff of our clinic from Aledo to eat here for a birthday celebration.
One of my favorite places! This time, as always, the food was so yummy! I’ve never had anything here that wasn’t delicious, and I love how healthy most of it is.
GREAT place for food allergies, too. They ask me every single time about that.
I’ve always had great service here, but I do want to brag on Destiny especially this time. She was SO sweet, so attentive, and so helpful in guiding our food choices (which turned out SO well)!
I usually get the chips and queso which are to die for and are dairy free!!!! And you can’t go wrong with the bowls. I’ve also had their soup, which is delicious, as well! Love this place and could eat here every week if my husband would let me. 😝
