Hate that the Carmel burlee topping seems to be out at almost all locations I've gone too.. guess it's being discontinued.. really sad cause I love getting 1/2 cares burlee and 1/2 chestnut praline with both toppings..

9am in lobby of Omni Ft wort, TX. Great service & fast. I usually get Gouda sandwich but got feta wrap instead. It was okay but filling. Venti caramel ribbon crunch is always great!
got my coffee here on several mornings during a conference. Even with a long line they kept it moving and got me taken care of quickly.
The staff works fast! If there is a convention happening across the street the lines are long however after I check out, I get my drink quick. And if business is slow, I’m in & out in less than 3 minutes. Sometimes my drink is ready before I complete check out. My drink is always made exactly how I want it or they’re always more than happy to remake it for me.

Alright here’s an honest review;
The place is not a real Starbucks since it is owned by the Omni hotel, shocker, but you can still get stars if you pay with prepaid barcode on Starbucks app. The lines are usually always long however the wait for the drink is rarely ever long unless a big party orders nothing but frappes and 9 times out of 10, the drink is always made the way you asked for which is always a plus in my book. They usually have food unless you go around the end of the day since like I stated, they are a hotel owned Starbucks. Best times to go are around open and noon since the stores hours operate on the hotel’s occupancy which can be a bummer since the store claims to close at 2 but like I said, occupancy determines the hours. In all genuine honesty the Starbucks isn’t as bad as these reviews say, if anything the quality is really great. The workers are nice and the place is usually always clean. I’d say the only annoying things are the lines are long, sometimes they are out of food, the hours fluctuate, and some of these customers are rude but then again this is a hotel owned Starbucks so what do you expect right? But trust me, when I say this place isn’t as bad as these people say it is, I mean it. Go try it out for yourself and see what I mean. :)

Great job on the drinks. Only 2 minor ways to improve: 1) they have the outside entry door locked so you must go around & enter through the hotel which is a little inconvenient & 2) you can't redeem rewards at this location, but you can still earn stars.
This place is really cute! Love the atmosphere! The employees are really nice too! I normally go to about 5 starbucks a day for work, great place to have meetings. Anyway this place is nice to meet at. Service is fast and friendly!
I went inside to get a mocha frappachino with 2 extra shots, I was greeted by a lovely woman named Ana she was very nice and patient with my difficult drink order. After she was finished with my order she quickly made my drink. It was the greatest frappachino I've ever had, thank you very much Ana I will recommend this location over any other thanks to great costumer service.
This Starbucks is a high traffic coffee shop because it attracts both visitors staying at the Onmi and visitors walking around downtown; expect a 8-10 minute wait to place your order. The service is phenomenal because the baristas are courteous and accommodating. In contrast to the privileged and snobby people that wait in line, rolling their eyes and shaking their heads because they are forced to wait for a good cup of coffee.
Traveling with my high maintenance wife, her coffee is always “special needs”, like 3 pumps of this, diet this, no sugar that,…these guys nailed it! Thanks for making my day go smoother!
Only stopped here for a quick coffee before a long weekend night lol 😂. Needless to say it matched everything you'd expect when walking into a well managed Starbucks nearing closing. Totally consistent experience as if I had just walked in late morning / mid afternoon. Will be stopping here whenever I'm spending the weekend in Ft. Worth!
