If I could give Panther City a higher score I definitely would. Chris and Ernest have the best BBQ I've tasted ever. The hospitality that these guys and their wives gave my family was the best of the best. My family flew in to be with our grandmother who was in the hospital they were hungry and I called Wendy. She said they will find a way to get plates to us. We pulled up to the back of the location of the pop up and they let us enjoy. We enjoyed every bite. Thank you Chris Wendy Ernie and Eva. You guys are the best.
Took the drive and tried out Panther City BBQ and I must say it was worth the drive from Grand Prairie. The brisket was tender, moist & Flavorful, the ribs surprisingly were the same, tender, juicy and flavorful. The black pepper Sausage-. The sides(Mac&Cheese & Cream Corn)were plentiful and delicious.
BBQ sauce was a little more vinegary for my taste but when you have meat as good as they do here you don't need sauce.
Delicious food, fabulous service. The three meat plate was perfect for two (starving) people, big portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Absolutely will be back!
3 meat plate was on point fellas.... Brisket= amazing ribs=bomb burnt ends ends= so good u wanna punch someone in the face!!!! Thanks fellas
Highly recommended! The brisket sandwich with the homemade bbq sauce was the bomb!! Great customer service
Great, fun location. Open-air seating. Great tasting meats - the slices of turkey breast melt in your mouth - and flavorful sides. Husband tried each of the red meat options and declared them perfect and tasty.
The food actually taste as good as it looks on Instagram!! Your pics made my mouth water and the food made me drool!
We tried the black pepper sausage and the bacon burnt ends and both are superb! I can't wait to use the leftover sausage for breakfast. We will definitely be back!
After hunting these guys around town for about a month (exaggerating) it felt like a month to me! Anyway I finally had the pleasure to try their brisket sandwich and it was to die for! The meat was very tender and juicy definitely wants to make you go for seconds. Their jalapeño sausage sandwich was amazing! The perfect sweet and spicy when you pair it with their bbq sauce! Will be going back for more! Thanks guys for making it easy to find you and for the great service you provided! See you next time!

Food was completely awesome! Nice set up! Would definitely return and recommend to everyone!
First time here. Stopped in on late December Saturday evening. The classic marg was strong, the street tacos were small but loaded and tasty, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I'm looking forward to our next visit.
I went to Panther Creek with my assistant and was pleasantly surprised. Natasha took our order and was very helpful. I ordered the large sandwich that was supposed to have all the meats and smoked bologna, however after taking a few bites noticed that there was no bologna (which I was really hoping to try) at the end I asked Natasha about the bologna and she said they had ran out. I then noticed no pulled pork on the sandwich. She took my Togo box back to the back and ended up making me another one with turkey instead. I will be back because she admitted to a mistake without me even complaining and felt taking care of.
Brisket Chili is very flavorful just be aware it is loaded with brisket. Mac and cheese was good and the pickles on the side were very refreshing.
We were in Dallas for the weekend and this restaurant was on our plans, we have heard about it, and it didn’t disappoint!
The food was incredible, they know what they are doing!
We order so much food, the prices were great.
My favorite thing we order was the pork belly burned ends 👌🏽😘 I might drives back just for that!
If you are in Dallas is a must go!
Panther City BBQ in Fort Worth definitely demonstrated why it is one of the top 10 BBQ joints in Texas! We took a detour through Fort Worth on an extended road trip to be able to try Panther City and recommend everyone to do so. They serve some of the best flavored sausage I’ve had in Texas - the links have a solid consistency too! The brisket elote has a kick to it - it’s spicy for those who are sensitive - and it is incredibly filling. The ribs were also a hit but is was the burnt pork ends that stole the show. OMG… they were like meat candy; once you had one you had to have more!! Sweet, soft, tender with smoky flavor and crust on some parts and the burnt pork ends were bite sized. Normally a vegetarian by choice, it’s hard to resist the outstanding, award winning BBQ in Texas especially the BBQ at Panther City. We also tried the beef brisket and the nutter butter dessert. Both were good, though the burnt pork ends couldn’t be beat as our favorite. What’s more, there’s an outdoor terrace where on the day we were there someone was playing a guitar and singing. Truly memorable!! Go check it out for yourself!
Everything was good...
Hells Half Acre was perfect for the family. Jalapeno poppers were great.
Brisket was amazing.
Pork ribs were delicious.
Kids loves the turkey.
My mom couldn't stop eating the burnt ends.
Nutter butter pudding was light and just sweet enough.
And to top it off... Lisa was the best! She is was so friendly and accommodating. She had us feeling like family. I can't wait to go back!
Sausage and brisket were amazing. Mac n cheese was okay, probably wouldn’t get that again. The beans were very good too. Out of all three bbq joints- panther city, brix, and heim… this was by far the best tasting!
The food here is great, I’ve been a few times and every time I get something different and every time I leave pleased. I would suggest to try their special meals, I don’t know how often they change them but they have temporary meals and they ones I’ve had are always great. I also recommend the corn in a cup, it’s just good! Also their pork belly burnt ends, also amazing. I guess I don’t need to mention this but the barbecue and sausage are as good as you can expect after all I’ve said.
Love the vibe and the fantastic BBQ! The only downsides are they are a bit slow and the inside seating is small. Loved the brisket, mac n cheese, brisket elote and pulled pork. Didn’t love the sausage and dill potato salad. The sausage is a bit tough and the potato salad needs mayo. Otherwise I would definitely recommend and will return. Get there early tho since there will be a line.
This place came recommended to me in Austin. And I'm really happy I stopped in. The black angus brisket is so good, Not dry at all and full of flavor. This is exactly what I look for in a brisket. The jalapeño cheese sausage is great too, again on point with flavor and texture.
I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area and in the mood for some really good BBQ.
Brisket, greens and Mac & cheese. Wow! Just wow! Long lines, friendly people, some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. Collard greens were spicy and perfect and the Mac n cheese was perfectly creamy and cheesy! Laying down the heat and delivering BBQ excellence, I’ll dream about this tonight.
Not sure if this make my top 10. Meat was luke warm. Brisket was a little dry. The spicy smoked mac n cheese was probably my favorite thing. The turkey was ok. Beef garlic sausage had good flavor. Ribs were tender. Pulled pork was ok. Pork belly burnt ends were the star of the Hells Half Acre Platter. The teen liked the brisket smash burger.
Panther City is absolutely amazing as someone who lives in Austin and tried some of the best bbq in Texas such as Black's Lockhart bbq, Brothertons bbq, Salt Lick bbq, la barbecue, Terry blacks Austin and Dallas. Honestly, Panther City is the best I've ever had. I said what I said. Trust me, it isn't easy for me to say this. I've always held Austin bbq at a high standard, and it is, but I will say. Panther City legitimately has amazing sides and desserts. That is what makes it better than the other bbq places I mentioned. Most bbq places focus solely on the brisket and often neglect the sides. Panther City has way more options than most bbq places. I wasn't able to try them all but I'm sure they are good. The sauce needs a little bit of work. However, great brisket doesn't need sauce if you ask me. Anyways, absolutely amazing work Panther City!
Panther city barbecue is probably one of the best places that I've ever eat. The barbecue is fabulous, the port belly burnings are spectacular and for a little twist. The fried or the smoked Bologna is amazing. My wife had flockles tacos which were fabulous themselves. And the pickled red onions are amazing also. So if you're looking for a place to eat, I definitely say this is the place in Fort Worth Texas.

Absolutely fantastic!
Pork belly burnt ends are incredible!
Garlic sausage is perfect!
Brisket smash burger is very tasty!
The sign says it best as well!
Highly recommended
I've been on two work trips to the DFW and Panther City had the best brisket, better than Goldees IMHO. I really made the trip for the Brisket Elote and all I can say is it was mind altering good. One of the best bite of BBQ I've ever had... this dish alone is worth the trip to DFW. Def coming back again!
Looking for a halfway point to meet my brother for lunch and saw good reviews on this place. They didn't disappoint. The cowtown platter had a good mix of great bbq and sides, but the pork belly jalapeño poppers were worth the trip alone. The outdoor area has plenty of shade and flat-screens to watch. This is our new meeting spot.
