Saturdays are for a new restaurant with pozole so decided to give this place a try. Upon arriving, it’s off a busy street and parking is limited so be careful pulling in and out. Was greeted immediately by two lovely girls, told to sit where I wanted and was quickly given a menu and drink order taken. Menu is extensive and didn’t order anything extra other than chips and salsa since that didn’t come free, and pozole. Salsa came out hot (heated) and a good amount of chips. Good salsa, had a molcajete texture. Pozole came out not long after ordering along with radishes, onions and a salad. In addition, I asked for jalapeños and cilantro. I will say, the jalapeños were not fresh, very dry and brown. Pozole was hot and had a good flavor. I did feel there was a good meat and hominy balance too. I will say the broth was very, very greasy. 3 additional salsas were brought to the table and I tried them with my chips. All very good. Corn tortillas felt very rubbery, almost kind of old or premade and quickly heated. Only had a piece of one and just resorted to using my chips. All in all, good breakfast. Definitely a new spot for pozole.

It's pretty small in there and their menu is overwhelming because they have so much to offer (Mexican, Honduran and I think Salvadorian food). It's a lot but regardless the food is amazing every time.

Had dinner at this establishment tonight. We had combo fajitas and chicken quesadillas. Food was phenomenal. Great hot salsa. Tortillas are freshly made to order had home made taste to it. Lastly, the meat was marinated to perfection. Food was very reasonably priced. Ambience is what you'd expect from a hole in the wall restaurant. Highly recommend them! There was no one in the restaurant who spoke any English so that was a bit of a challenge but definitely worth it.

As a self proclaimed taco fanatic, this place offers the the absolute best tacos in Fort Worth. Have been coming here from for 3 years and have yet to be disappointed.

Pretty good food. Suprised. Im very picky eater when it comes to Mexian food. Not very big establishment. Ordered the gorditas with carne asada meat. Had good flavor. Would recommend this place.

Taqueria El Toro is the most authentic taqueria around. Al pastor tacos and tacos barria, you can’t go wrong. Spice it up with some of their spicy green pique and wash it down with a nice cold Jarritos drink. I always recommend this place whenever folks went the real deal experience. I love this place.

Service was great! They let me know what's popular here, and I ended up getting one of their gordita plates. Things were loaded with meat and the veggies n cream on top were fitting; the two salsa cups I was given were more than enough for my preference, and boy was the red one spicy 🔥 on my radar for whenever I'm craving a Mexican place 👀👀👀
