Not sure if my review was not posted, but I have a great experience every time I go to Red Robin.
I had the Banzai Burger, and this time it tasted even better, mine was on-spot, and it had a special teriyaki flavor which, combined with the grilled pineapple and bacon, made a delicious flavor.
Service was good, very attentive Server who passed by several times being watchful of our needs and wants.
This was our first time at Red Robin’s and we absolutely loved it! Our waitress was amazing. She recommended us items was extremely friendly, fast, efficient and great with our kiddos. Would come back just because of her customer service in itself. The food was mouthwatering good from the appetizers to the entrees to the delicious alcoholic beverages. We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends and family.
The burger and onion tower was pretty good. The drinks were really good as well. The service was nice. Very nice service.
They have a decent birthday deal: a free burger when you buy something else for $4.99. I personally had the avocado cobb salad, which filling and has low calories.
Our server Jazz was very friendly and attentive, he even told the manager it was our first time and he brought us free bottomless fries and we asked about MSG and he even went and checked the package on the ranch and it said no msg….…. My scorpion pepper burger was good, fries were good and sweet tea was sweet….. loved the sauces with the fries, NOW THE BAD NEWS….. they use forms of MSG in their food that my wife is highly allergic to…. No actual MSG but they use YEAST EXTRACT and Autolyzed Yeast which is all different forms of synthetic glutamates. They said they would leave it off next time we came in but sometimes it’s just not worth the risk. My wife had a reaction but luckily she had her steroid pills just for this purpose.
I have to give this review up to our server, Jay! She is super attentive, respectful, and very personable. We felt like we were VIP. She made sure our drinks were always full. And for the cooks today, thank you it was well cooked and delicious! 😋
There was a 30 min wait when we arrived so we asked about sitting in the bar area. We were told that all parties must be 18 years and older (which I've never heard before). My youngest is 16 so we were forced to wait for a table in the dinning area just steps away from the bar. Okay whatever. Anyway overall the food and the service was great so I'm giving 4 stars.
We had great service from a new waitress named Jay. She was super friendly, helpful and positive. The food was really good as well! The floors were a bit sticky and it smelled like the restaurant was in need of a deep cleaning. Jay and the food made up for it though. We would come back again!
Good experience but could be better. Service always suffer when restaurants are understaffed in between lunch and dinner. Service was ok - food was stellar though.
The kiosk should have a child lock as our daughter easily was able to get our ticket charged. Kid drinks that cost more than what is included should be declared when ordering as well.

The service and food were great. Used my Birthday Rewards. Had a great time celebrating my birthday.
Yum is an understatement. Red Robin doesn’t disappoint. The Royal Red Robin is 🔥. It’s very flavorful & juicy. I get mine bun-less and they lettuce wrap is always fresh and crispy.
Mike was our waiter and he was great. I didn't have to ask for anything.
He brought me fries even before we ordered.
Did you know that on some meals the side are bottomless like the fries. My wife got all the broccoli she hold.
Free drink to take with you when you leave.
Red Robin is always yummy. The server Liza was awesome. This time we actually went with fish and chips, which was really good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for everything is there was a really strange odor, like funky. It was our first time to this location and that smell was off putting.
This was my husband & I first time here. We will certainly return! The staff was nice and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious. Our order was exactly like we ordered and fresh, keep up the great work at this location. YUMM!

J was my server and she was awesome also the manager Melissa was so awesome as well food was great now the only thing I have a complaint about is I ordered the beer cheese pretzels okay pretzels were awesome fine and everything very tasty The one thing that I was disappointed at and I feel like for what you're paying for already you should be at least given an adequate amount of beer cheese I was literally given one half filled cup for about 12 pretzel bites and when I brought it up I was told I would have been charged for it unfortunately that is literally the only complaint I had about this experience at Red Robin also I might add I didn't have very high expectations when we were first walking up to the restaurant on the side of the building there was about three to four employees standing there smoking cigarettes kind of feel like they should be doing that maybe where the customer won't see them at all I just kind of puts off the wrong impression like I understand that people would like to smoke cigarettes just maybe not do it or a customer can see you or smell it.
Any time I dine at Red Robin, it's always a great experience. The food is always excellent. This time, I had a Southern Charm burger, with onion rings and a Mai Tai. And my server, Yaliiza, was amazing. She represented the Red Robin brand extremely well.
