The pizza is yummy and they will not break the bank either. I usually will order to pick up. But have eaten in before, they're buffet is the best and if you don't see a pizza on the bar you'd like eat then you can ask them to make you one, your way too.

I tell you what, customer service at this location is alive and well! We tried to go to 2 different chipotles one night a few weeks ago, and they were already closing down and running out of food an hour before closing. We went to the second location because they stayed open an hour past the first one, and same situation, two hours before closing! They wouldn’t even make any tea to fill the empty containers, saying they only make tea once a day. We left frustrated, and our kids asked for cicis, so we begrudgingly went.
This location had less than an hour left until closing too, and had already put chairs up on some of the tables. We went in and asked if it was too late eat. They invited us in and told us they’d make whatever we wanted. Even made extra pasta without being asked when they saw the kids scraping out the last of it. Took the chairs down and made us feel welcome. I was super impressed, especially after 2 different chipotles left us disappointed. It’s nice to know there’s still customer service SOMEWHERE! Some people still want and appreciate your business! Kudos to the manager here!
We had our concerns as the last few years put a strain on buffets, but wow!
The ventilation was top notch in the middle of July, but the place was filled with the smell of tasty pizza.
The salad bar was fresh and fully stocked.
The pizza was all fresh and had lots of options. The Alfredo pepperoni was so good!
The desserts were a bit lacking, though. The cinnamon rolls are very different - super buttery but too much like pizza crust - and no dessert pizza. We went back for more pizza instead.
Carlos was running this place like the Navy, super nice and kept it moving even though it was very busy. Get this boy some extra help to man the front! Place was clean and pizza coming out consistently
The manager on 10/29/23 around 6pm was very helpful and had a clean and professional staff on our first visit there.y family will definitely be there again
Great Cici location (if you are a fan of their pizza, which I am)! It isn't for everybody, but if you like their pizza, the pizza is always fresh here, the restaurant is always clean, and the fountain drinks are always delicious. Staff are friendly. I do think $12+ for their buffet+drink has gotten a little pricey over the past few years, but I'm still going there.
Very nice food was fresh and the cashier was nice the music was way too loud in my option but everything was nice
The pizza was great and when you go in ask for wayne! My my husband and I thought he was very professional and very respectful
The games weren’t working but my kids enjoyed their time there still the staff was helpful and kind. Pizza was good it was the moneys worth.
I've visited this location multiple times.
I went for lunch/ dinner with my kids and I was impressed.
The pizza area was clean, there was a girl specifically in the drink area picking up and tidying up the used plates.
I know there is new management here. This location hasn't looked and felt so clean in a while.
Lowering the ac temperature if allowed would be helpful.
The food gets cold really fast due to the temperature of the establishment.
Other than that, I'm impressed!

Seldom clean, but the food is good, kids love it and people are in and out pretty quickly. Still better than it used to be.
