The service is incredible and a great example of the famous Chick-fil-A values. It’s obvious the leadership is investing in their staff and that they care about the customers. I’ll drive past a litany of other restaurants to get to Chick-fil-A Saginaw.
GREAT Experience! Tonight was the 1st time to the Saginaw location and I was the 20th car in-line for the the drive through. I was through the line in about 15 minutes. I have sat at drive throughs longer than that and being the only car in line. The young lady and young man that waited on me were efficient and very polite. We will be a regular customer I’m sure. �
Food is always great! Service is always spot on. My fave thing—the management remembers me. Oh and we have silly jam sessions to Beyoncé in the drive through. Y’all rock! Keep it up! � Jenni From the Block aka Beyoncé �

My family had gone on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you didn’t know us you say wow that’s a lot, for us it’s not. So we were very impressed ever time!! You did a fabulous job!!

They were pretty busy so it must have been overlooked.
Update to update: I hate to say this, but why can't they get an order right when you are doing an order through the app? It LITERALLY tells them exactly what to prepare. Now when I go to pick up, I say "Please be sure they put the grilled nuggets on the salad." And even then sometimes it's still the fried chicken.
Took my Elderly mom to Chic-fil-A for a light dinner. We were immediately greeted with a smile and are order was taken quickly and correctly. A few minutes later we were digging into the best chicken sandwich. Hot and fresh chicken and cool and crispy lettuce and tomatoes. I've often heard that they didn't invent the chicken sandwich but, they just perfected it. I am wholeheartedly convinced! Those criss-cross fries are a treat all to themselves. Perfect ambiance for a quick bite with a lovely lady. Thank you for the excellent experience. Definitely recommending!!!

Blown away. Amazing everything from cleanliness to service to food. There is a mcdonalds just down the street that is awful so to come here and see how it's supposed to be done was refreshing.
Service was good. She got our order wrong. Got a spicy sandwich instead of the spicy deluxe. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean.

Lobby is closed cause of the Rona, but the drive thru is going. Line looks forever long but they keep it moving.

Always know what to expect, so long as they are consistent and make it right every time. My most recent visit went well, though the line to order food is long, my order was exact. I haven't ever had a chicken sandwich was bigger than the bun(photo attached, that homophobic chicken taste good!
I have three littles (all ages 4 and under), so when I take them places alone it can quickly become a handful. 😂 The staff here went above and beyond for me when my boys and I came in to eat lunch. My 2 year old threw a big tantrum and the staff here was right on it! They helped me to the table, brought me a highchair, the kids table covers, and checked in on me frequently to see if I needed anything. The entire time they did it with genuine smiles and thoughtfulness. I didn’t get the annoyed stares or the frustrated looks that mamas often get when they’re kiddos are having a hard time. This mama is very grateful for them and the kindness they showed me today. ☺️
