This store is another complete train wreck like the two in Findlay, and the one in North Baltimore. It is obvious that corporate leadership at Arbys is poor. How else would THREE stores within 20 miles of each other be so miserable to experience ? And they want to start delivery ???!!! How about try

Drive thru service only as of 3-22, good sandwiches, Market Fresh specialty sandwiches are made as you like them, good bread and I was told you can ask for lettuce wrap if not eating bread. The fish sandwiches are 2 for $6 during Lent and nice filets.

I would say a 5 star but here lately it hasn't been on top of things. I actually went through the drive through before work last night and got a turkey Reuben meal... There was no sauerkraut on it and it wasn't cut in half like it normally is.

Horrible! I ordered a Medium curly fries. They were stone cold. I asked for a fresh order. They obviously reheated old fries and gave them to me...tasted like shoe leather!

Very poor food. Fry’s we’re cold. French dip was like mud and cold, both French sandwiches were cold like they have been sitting around. If you can’t do any better, you might as well shut the doors or let someone take over that cares.

I have ordered through door dash several times over the last 3 months and every single time there icecream machine is down. This is ridiculous
