Really extensive menu of sushi, all very delicious. The service was great, super nice vibe. We really enjoyed lunch here and will be back.

I never give 5 stars across the board but WOW. Oka Sushi was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our waitress helped me pick out a dish I would like and suggested some sushi rolls for me (as someone who doesn't enjoy sushi it was nice to have the help!). The roll I got was fantastic and the tonkatsu was absolutely worth it! If you're in the area, this is a must visit. Get the tonkatsu and dragon roll. You will not be disappointed.
The atmosphere here is also fantastic. It is a layed back vibe and perfect fit for the restaurant. Absolutely worth a visit!!!

Happy hour is a good value. Limited menu but enough to satisfy this taste craving. I ordered the shrimp ceviche. It was fresh, tangy and delicious.

Great sushi, ramen and drinks in FOUNTAIN HILLS? YES!!! This busy restaurant, on the corner of Avenue of the Fountains and N Verde River, exceeded ALL of my expectations (mind you, they were pretty low, but wow, was I surprised!). The place was poppin' but the patio had lots of heaters and we were willing to sit outside, so the wait wasn't long. While we waited, we were quickly served at the very well stocked bar, and, once seated, were greeted by a cheerful and informative server. The menu was solid, and included a lot of options so anyone (whether they like Sushi or not) could find something delicious to eat. It was a cold night, so all of us opted for Ramen, along with a few cold rolls and some edamame to start. The Ramen was hot (temperature and spice (by choice)) and the sushi rolls were on point. Will definitely be returning to this great restaurant in the heart of Fountain Hills!

Everything was prepared and presented perfectly.
The experience all around was great. They do not take reservations as far as I'm aware so take that into consideration if going at a busy time. Otherwise, the Tonkatsu spicy ramen was delicious. Had just the right amount of spice to not be over powering
Reasonably good sushi. Seared salmon was excellent, salmon sashimi was good, the miso soup was too salty. The atmosphere is interesting but they play the music loudly which interferes with conversation.

Despite the name, Oka Sushi has SO much more to offer than fantastic sushi alone. Their staff is wonderfully attentive, and as patient as can be with those who can't pronounce a single word correctly to save their lives. I'm absolutely addicted to pasta of all kinds. And I will be the first to admit I've never found a more satisfying bowl of ramen or udon in my life, in the state of Arizona. I honestly recommend even getting another order of their noodles to go. They take the time to make sure that the noodles remain separated from the broth and other ingredients, to ensure they remain perfectly cooked, and don't absorb to much moisture, which is KEY for a noodle addict. And don't get me started on how perfectly savory the broth and other fresh ingredients taste time after time. I've even gone as far as to get a ramen to go, just to freeze it for a later date when I'm stuck at home working through a tough week. It's always a treat every time we've gone, and I will always bring our visitors and guests there at least once when they stay here. The consistency of everything at Oka Sushi, from the food to the service is always on point.

Dine in was safe and outstanding. The food was beyond our expectations. Hard to describe it extremely original and by far the best sushi we’ve had in a long time. Everybody there was safe we felt safe did not get sick and really enjoyed the ambience of the open bar and huge artistic screens. Must visit went in town.
They were great. I loved the sushi and the staff great people. The food was excellent and mostly loved our waitress GG
I loved the tea and how everything was served salmon and the salad. Keep getting better and make sure to get more tea kettles.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Oka Sushi for the first time, and I have to say it exceeded all of my expectations. We ordered our food for delivery through DoorDash, and it arrived at our doorstep promptly and still fresh.
We started our meal by ordering the Oka Nigiri & Sashimi plate. The plate was beautifully presented, with an array of different types of fish, including tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. Each piece was expertly cut and arranged on the plate. The fish was incredibly fresh and had a perfect texture - it was firm but still melted in our mouths. The flavors were also excellent, with just the right amount of seasoning.
My daughter ordered the California roll, which was delicious and nicely presented. The rice was perfectly seasoned, filling the roll with fresh avocado, crab meat, and cucumber.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Oka Sushi. The food was delicious, the attention to detail was excellent, and the presentation was great. I highly recommend this sushi spot to anyone looking for a high-quality sushi experience. I can't wait to order from them again soon!
Excellent! Amazing sushi and salmon entrée. Highly recommend. Excellent service. They could boost the A/C a bit. Having the bar open to the outside is nice but it was 98 degrees out and rather warm inside.
Delicious food every time. This place is spacious with a nice ambiance. Great location and the house saki is wonderful.
Tonight I tried gyoza, mixed tempura and beef yakasoba.
Nathan works here (he said two years tonight). He is such a sweet, attentive and happy guy. What a gem!

Finally an actual good resturant in Fountain Hills. Very modern and open floor plan with a foe cherry blossom tree inside. Great staff incredible food. Indoor/outdoor bar with seating. You must stop in and try their food and definately desert.
I don’t normally leave reviews but people need to know about this place. Came here on a date and everything was top notch. The only thing better than the service was the food. Got a couple rolls and the nigiri combo....I started digging into my food and thought this needs to be documented. Service and food are my top 2 criteria of a good restaurant, but the aesthetic and atmosphere were the cherry on top. If you’re in fountain hills or anywhere in AZ for sushi this is the spot.

Great food and friendly service. They have great happy hour and lunch specials too. I do wish they would offer they lunch specials on the weekends too but I know most places don't. Will definitely come back.
