Had a great fresh and delicious big Italian sub today and split it with my husband as it was a generous size! Owners are very nice and personable that make you feel special as a customer. Not many places do that anymore. We will definitely be back to try other things. Amazing selection on beer, wine etc.
Love this place!! The food is great and the service is quick. Lots of variety and selection in stock. The owners are the best! I can't give enough kudoos to the place :)

Lovely, hard working couple that makes scrumptious sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. Incredible selection of wines and beer to browse during your quick wait. Super friendly and know you on a first name basis. Highly recommend!
If there were a higher rating than 5 stars I would check that box! We live close by and we still cannot believe how fantastic their sandwiches are. Recently we have been ordering the BLT, but evrery sandwich we have ordered is amazing. While I have trouble ranking my favorites, the BLT, Meatball, and italian special are clearly in the top 5. There's nothing average about their ingredients. Even their sauces are the bomb! As snowbirds we are going to leave for the winter and we will miss Fountain Hills Express during the summer months. Can't wait to come back.
Fantastic place, especially for craft beer! The owners are wonderful! They will get to know you and help you find new beers you will love! They will even special order! As long as I reside in Arizona, I will drive to Fountain Hills to sho here!
Great selection of beer! Just wish they were open later. After working it’s hard to get over there before they close.
Fountain Hills Express is by far the best deli I've had the pleasure of visiting! Karen and Marlon are hands down the friendliest business owners in Fountain Hills. They know all their customers by name and always listen to their customers and their requests (specially ordering craft beer and wine) The food is delicious and true quality food using fresh Italian baked bread and the best meats. The beer selection is by far one of the best in Arizona with somewhere around 200 different brands of craft beer. I will keep returning to Fountain Hills Express as long as their open because they're the pinnacle of business quality.
Great place with wide variety of deli and grill choices, craft beer and wine Owners are friendly and make you feel welcome. Best of all you can get an authentic Chicago style Vienna beef hot dog.
