I had ordered a pizza for a specific time well in as advance and the pizza was 20+ minutes late. We areonly 10 minutes from the restaurant. While I understand every place is struggling to keep employees, I thought ordering ahead for a specific time would guarantee a more timely delivery. Pizza was warm but not hot. Overall the food was good and I would order again.

I ordered online so there was no interaction with employees. The deliverer was on time and made a no contact delivery. The only issue i had was with the online payment. It took multiple tries for the payment to go through. Error payment didn't go through. put in card info, even though they already had my card info. Anyway i refilled my info 3 times and it still didn't go through. I had to end up deleting my card and resubmitting everything

The pizza and breadsticks were cold and had been tossed around. I have ordered many times and this was the first time this has happened. My app said delivery would be at approximately 8:09 PM and my order did not arrive until 8:45 which is probably why it was no longer hot. We heated it up in the microwave and still enjoyed it.
The food was delicious and made exactly as ordered. Also, the delivery process was fast, and they have great deals on their entire menu.
