Absolutely amazing, no better way to describe the food at Cork and Table. Very gluten free friendly and holds great ratings on the Find Me Gluten Free app, which is what originally brought us there.
Offering three and four course fixed price menus, as well as individual items; you will love every bite and minute. Wine pairing to suit individual tastes or to complement the courses.
Expertly constructed meals for almost any palate. We have enjoyed the Wagu medallions, seared Ahi Tuna, assorted first salads, the delicious soups and amazing deserts.
All of this in a casual and relaxed environment instantly earned Cork and Table a prominent place on my favorites list.
Big plus is the gluten free options, which includes nearly everything on the menu, to include the deserts.
The food has the passion, heart and soul of the chef and owner, Jim, injected in it. I recommend the fixed 4 course menu, preferably with the wine pairings. You'll thank me.
David was our waiter. He rocks!
Hands down the best restaurant I have eaten at in forever! The duck is to die for and the wine pairings are phenomenal! Highly recommend eating here!
We went for Fredericksburg Restaurant Week and were treated like friends and welcomed with warm smiles. The food was excellently prepared. The scallops were the best ever had and my husband's grass fed tenderloin was grilled to perfection and fork tender. The sides were good and plate presentation was spot on. It was an excellent price for a 3 course meal that left us both looking forward to our next visit.
Best food I have ever had!! Im a wine person. But the food was so amazing, my boyfriend and I werent even paying attention to the wine. The people are just as wonderful! I would highly recommend this place!
Awesome spot for any Marines looking to escape the hellish culinary wasteland of chains that surrounds Quantico. I highly recommend both the butternut squash soup and the wagyu beef. Great food, great service, great wines. We will certainly be back.
Attended a baby shower here where we ate a three course meal. Unbelievable how good the food was. The Corn and Crab chowder one of the best I have had. Will definitely try to eat there again.

This is a wonderful hidden treasure downtown. Wonderful good an a great staff as well. It has defiantly become my new favorite food spot for dinner down town!
Excellent service, excellent food, excellent presentation. Prix fixe menu crab and corn chowder, duck salad, wagyu filet with scallops, creme brûlée. Each paired with the perfect wine.
I've never had anything less than an excellent meal here. The.dishes are each unique, tasty and satisfying. They're one of the few restaurants in Fredericksburg that wil pair your meal with wine.
Excellent as usual! We’ve eaten here many times and love the service, food and wine pairings. This visit didn’t disappoint but didn’t seem as flavorful as last time, but We’ll be back. Looking forward to attending one of their upcoming wine pairing events.
The best meal I have had in a long time! Everything was so delicious!
What an exquisite little gem in downtown Fredericksburg. A great bottle of wine with 3 courses of amazing food! The ahi tuna steak was on point! A wonderful night out!
Phenomenally prepared food. Fresh. Perfect flavours with each ingredient. By far my favourite place! Excellent service to go with a fabulous dinner. The only thing I missed was a tablecloth, to compliment the quality of the food but that's probably because I'm not American.
Totally a treat! If you're looking for top notch, out of the regular cuisine, look no further than Cork and Table. Wine dinners are a must for a date night or a super special outing. Skip the usual and try something new, you won't be disappointed. Top shelf wine from the best family wineries and food created by a hometown chef. Proven love of food and total intimate experience.
The food was excellent and the wine pairings were very good; not great. The minuses: paper napkins at this level of dining were disappointing, one set of dining utensils for all courses is a shortcoming at this caliber of establishment, used the same glass for multiple pouring of different wines. It is the small touches that set a restaurant apart from the competition.
Regularly attend here for their wine nights (Wednesday at 630) and some other times as well.
Strongly recommend it. The owner Jim brings dishes of new york city high end quality to the 'burg, and pairs them expertly with suggested wine. He in addition to being trained as a chef, spent multiple years being a sommelier and combines that knowledge into all the restaurant does.
Absolutely worth going to. Unless you have your heart set on a specific item, the pre-fix menue that frequently updates combines a great dining and tasting experience at a really good price for what it includes.
