I've always heard good things about Juan More Taco but haven't had the opportunity to go before today. I am so glad I finally experienced what everyone raves about! Their food, drinks and above all customer service (especially Harold!! Today was Harold's 1st day and he absolutely killed it with his customer service and sweet smile! I can't wait to check in with his new journey here) are exceptional!
Maria, the owner, is so lovely and you can tell she gives her whole heart to her restaurant. In the short time I was in today for lunch, I know my heart will remain full for days. The atmosphere was so positive, inclusive and encouraging - from staff-staff, to customer-customer ,Juan More Tacos felt very communal even for a 1st timer.
The food was incredible. I got stuffed peppers with birria beef -wow. Rarely do I ever see stuffed peppers on a menu in the first place, but then to have the option to choose your protein and they have birria?!?! I was so excited to try and it even more impressed when it came out so beautiful and fresh in under 10 mins. So so good!
Juan More Tacos is a must stop if you are passing through town or a 540 local.
Getting used to tacos from the locals , when I used to live in Arizona. It was hard for me to find a good place for real or maybe , something close to that taste that you got used to.
Finding this place , I had that exciting feeling that it will be my new normal.
I was not wrong !! Their burrito “keto” bowl was divine! The vegetables was so fresh , that you can hear that crunch ! Their carne asada had a great balance of acidity and seasoning . I also love that there were bits and pieces of the meat that were cooked a little more . It gave it that texture to the meats.
Their elotes was so close to the ones I used to eat , by the street. I love street corn with the Mayo, cilantro, the cheese and the spice powder. It was savory , and juicy .

Not only was the food great, but the staff made the wait bearable as well.

From the first moment inside the shop is inspiring with a subtle vibe of welcome, positivity, and warmth. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I could smell the heaven that was to come. I ordered an assortment of tacos on corn tortillas. The birria especially was legit great. I will definitely be back and I think everyone should check this place out if you haven't yet taken the time!
I had my first visit during my work lunch break. The food is great, fresh and delicious 😋. You get plenty to share or save for later and prices are affordable. Wide selection of healthy meals, entree's and appetizers. Their customer service is 🌮🌯🥘 professional and courteous; you receive a greeting upon entry! Please continue. A+
These tacos are so flavor packed there is no need for anything that they don’t already come with. I had two steak one chicken taco both the steak and the chicken were tender moist and flavorful. I love that there was an option for flour or corn tortillas. I also had the street corn that was amazing very hot and fresh corn perfectly seasoned not overcooked.
