Sophie’s did a 100th birthday celebration cake for my husband’s grandmother. I am from east Texas and found her bakery on trip advisor. I have never been more pleased with any Bakery ever! The cake was not only one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen but it tasted so good. It was moist and not overly sweet. The guests at the party went on and on about how good the cake was. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

I highly recommend using Sophie’s Bakery for your wedding or bakery needs. We sent Sophie our ideas that we found online and she was able to make them look better than we imagined! Not only did the cakes look amazing, but they tasted amazing too. We have heard non-stop from our guests how great the cake was!

My mom ordered a cake from Sophie's for our elopement in Fredericksburg this past November. The pick-up process was easy and the cake turned out beautifully and tasted delicious. To be honest, I'm not much of a wedding cake person myself, but had two pieces of this one and they were very tasty. Everyone who attended our very small post ceremony dinner loved it!

We showed her Pinterest pictures of what we envisioned for both the bride's and groom's cake, and in reality, they were even better than the pics! It was my first time in Fredericksburg and we were celebrating my sister's birthday so we order a cake form here and it was amazing!! The decorations were cute, the buttercream frosting was creamy, and the cake was so moist! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
The white cake with raspberry filling was our favorite. Emma and Sophie are super helpful with tastings and cake orders. The cake was absolutely delicious and they made the delivery easy with great instructions. I highly recommend this place for hill country wedding cakes or just great cake!
