Amazing food and Brian is an amazing pitmaster. Always love going there and and all the tacos are amazing (especially the brisket tacos)

I haven’t had any BBQ yet, but if you want The BEST breakfast taco in Fredericksburg, get your butt over to Pfiester’s and get you a “Trash” taco.. good Lord, they are Amazing!! Don’t take my word for it- go see for yourself!! We will definitely be back soon for some BBQ!!
Get there early for the better cuts. The meat is good but it goes fast and they generally run out early in the day.
I’ve eaten at some of the bbq joints in the world. This place holds up. They run out of food quickly so get there fast. Keep up the great work and thank you for looking out for everyone by requiring masks.
I've eaten at every BBQ place in town, but this is by far the best. The brisket was so tender it melted in my mouth, and only $8 a sandwich with a side makes this a must try place. The only downside is no indoor seating, but the food more than makes up for it.
Best bbq I’ve had in a while. Friendly staff. We came here because the bbq place down the road was rude before we even crossed the threshold about not having a mask on. Left there and Came and tried Pfiester’s, and it did not disappoint.
This barbecue is absolutely delicious and of course don’t forget the sides. Had the brisket, ribs, sausage, potato salad, beans and slaw. Trust me I will be back. The customer service is as great as the food! Thanks Hattie
Excellent bbq and friendly service. You should give them a try. It's a small place with outdoor picnic tables or you can take the food with you.
