Freeport McDonald's is by far the cleanest and the has the best service of any McDonald's I our area I've driven out of my way when other locations were closer because of the service.
My daughter and I both agreed that we hadn't had McDonald's in a long time. My daughter has the online app on her phone so she ordered 2 burgers using her phone and I paid with my debit card. The burgers were still warm, and the French fries were hot and salty,as they should be. There were only 2 cars ahead of me at the drive-through, so not too busy. My only issue was with the customer service. I had the order # handy since I was using my phone without the app on it. When I told the young girl I had a pickup and gave her my order and was told abruptly that the "phone used to place the order was supposed to be the one picking up the order". Now I'm sure this isn't an issue with only McDonald's, and it might be a 3rd Party App online, but its still McDonalds employees and maybe a training issue. I doubt I'm the first customer that has put them through this so FYI folks. Yes, I was given our order in the end.

They are always very polite and attendant. The new chicken sandwiches are huge and very tasty. I had the Mexico Chicken sandwich and ate all of it. It has the cheese and peppers on it and hard to put down. My friend got the new double meat with cheese and bacon. The new fries would have been worth the trip alone. Check it out!
Received order in a timely manner. Fries were hot, sandwich was deliciously fresh tasting.

Ordered through the app, went smoothly, they ran out of apple pies, but the employee was nice enough to sub them out for a cinnamon roll. Great customer service.
Yall, this place definitely has the co-worker mentality. Where EVERYONE is on the same page! The line was NEVER over 5 vehicles and I barely saw break lights, they had that routine down so well!

Parking is separate and attached to the facility. One has options for I believe carry out/pick up identified by signs. However, there is a median separating the 2 parking areas.
