Friendly staff, delicious food, good atmosphere.
Had 3 different tacos and 11:11 seafood garlic rice, everything was great and tasty! Prefer pork>shrimp>beef taco, especially the pork was so tender and rich, love it the most!
Sangria was also great with tacos!
Definitely will come back!

Little by Little is a true hidden gem at the Warm Springs district in Fremont, CA, close to where T4 is. They are tucked away in the corner of the shopping center and this place serves really delicious food! They currently only do to go orders only and all the staff members do their very best to maintain covid safety procedures. They do fusions of every cuisines and serve from pastas, sandwiches, rice plates, and sides. I really enjoyed their food so much that I 100% truly recommend the most! I got to try their vegetarian options which were the roasted garlic cauliflower truffle Mac and cheese, the rainbow salad, and mushroom coconut pesto curry.
I will review the roasted garlic cauliflower truffle Mac and cheese first! It was absolutely my favorite dish on the menu! The presentation of the Mac and cheese was beautiful with the breadcrumbs on top and the chives to give it a nice color. Literally I haven’t had Mac and cheese in so long and this brings back many memories but I liked this version MUCH BETTER! I love the addition of the truffle oil because I think it gave a nice fattiness to the dish but it wasn’t drenched in oil which that’s a good thing. The breadcrumbs gave the Mac and cheese great texture and I love the dish having some garlic as well. I actually do wish that the Mac and cheese was cheesier because Mac and cheese is supposed to be a cheesy dish and for me, I personally wanted more cheese not only to make a viral tik tok video but taste wise, I would have liked and tasted more cheese. I also didn’t see a lot of cauliflower unless it was cut up small which I appreciate so you don’t get huge chunks but I didn’t taste cauliflower. Overall, my favorite dish on the menu hands down, I really recommend the Mac and cheese!
The rainbow salad is basically kale, baby spinach, red quinoa, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, roasted white corn, crispy quinoa, with yuzu aioli, and gribiche sauce on the side. This was truly a rainbow salad! I saw a lot of color and the presentation of the salad was beautifully done! You get the freshness of the kale, spinach and love all the vegetables and fruits in the salad as well! The nuttiness of the quinoa was delicious which added a nice flavor aspect to the salad. On the dressing, I’m questioning why I got two dressings because normally we would only see one dressing so the dressings don’t clash. I wish I only got one dressing instead of two different dressings but both of them tasted about the same in terms of flavor. If I were to choose, I feel like the yuzu aioli was better in terms of flavor and thickness. I thought the gribiche sauce was too thick for me but the yuzu aioli felt lighter; still a but thick but tasted better in my opinion.
The mushroom coconut pesto curry has button mushrooms, red quinoas, cauliflower, corn, and garlic rice. I loved the flavor of the coconut curry. I thought it was creamy, smooth, light, and it was mild. I also love the addition to the quinoa because that added flavor and texture. The mushrooms, I love too and that is like a substitute for meat so the seasoning was on point and definitely was fulling to eat. With the cauliflower, again I didn’t get a lot of cauliflower. I wish there was more and I wish the rice had more garlic because I didn’t get a lot of garlic. Overall, I’m super satisfied with this curry and loved all the elements of the curry!
Overall, Little by Little in Fremont is a true hidden gem in Fremont! I really recommend it and please support this business! They have put a lot of heart and soul to the food and the chef was great in putting everything together to make the dish perfect!
Went tonight (friday night) around 6pm.
4 / 5 stars because both our duck and beef were slightly overcooked.
Otherwise a great experience, and we'll be back to try the whole menu!
Great service, great flavor, nice presentation...execution needs just a smidge of polish! Thanks for a nice friday night meal :-)
What a hidden gem in Warm Springs. I have passed by this place for so many times without notice it.
We decided to give it a try on a beautiful weekend. Small restaurant but completely filled up on Saturday noon.
The food here is so delicious and the drinks are cute too.
Order:
Roast Bone Marrow: Personally I love the bone marrow a lot, and the sauce on the side is phenomenal.
Seared Scallops: the seared scallops are spot on, and love the creative side of shrimp chili oil.
Confit duck leg: Love the harmony of crispy duck skin and the tender duck meat!
Drinks:
Rose lemonade is delicious!
Thanks for the complimentary spiced popcorn and definitely come back next time to explore more options.
2nd visit here. Tasty foods with good presentation. You can feel that each dish placed on the table is the result of a thoughtful process. They make their own pasta. It's delicious. Icecream cone on cold brewed coffee is hidden gem. The table next to us soon ordered it, too.
Absolutely the best Mac and Cheese and service in Fremont. The chef is super nice and accommodating. If your in the neighborhood you can't go wrong with Little by Little. Try it all and leave happy!
