I did not go in there so I do not know about the food nor service however the atmosphere around it was okay being off in the middle of the highway sort of.
The croissant sandwich was delicious. Very convenient for quick grab and go
This is a GrabNGo stop, recommended keeping someone in the car waiting for you cause parking is a NoGo. Other than that, the service is fast and smooth.

An easy stop off the highway. The Dunkin is in the gas station.
They are fairly quick and attentive as far as Dunkins go.
The food all seems to meet the standards of other Dunkins.
I had very bad luck, a new employee was behind the register and could not tell me my order was not available. Waited like 25 mins to get my order. I will change this post next time if changes.
This DD gets your order right more often than other DD locations in NYC. Also, the staff has way less turnover, they are a consistent team and I think that's another plus here because they will get to know you and anticipate your order.
The only reason to remove a star is the condition of the interior. Behind the DD counter, it looks clean and functional, but, the lobby you stand in is in bad shape with large holes in the wall, dusty shelves, and boxes hanging around.
The parking situation requires some patience. You can pull alongside the buidling, or you can park in the tiny parking lot but if you do, mind the incomming traffic because they come in quick.
Got an ice coffee and they made it well!
