Great friendly service, Manager showed newer staff member how to handle a gluten free order for someone with celiac disease. We have never had bad service at the new Fridley location or their St.Anthony store.
First time here, and I was impressed. Ordering online was easy, and my order was quickly ready for pick-up at the pick-up stand even though it was dinnertime. Their prices are a bit higher than competitors, but their sandwiches are also more substantial. I got a hot sandwich, the chipotle steak philly, and added portabella mushrooms. I was very hungry, and it hit the spot 👌
These guys are amazing that worked tonight starting with, Gairm, mike, Kyle and aythan. When I walked in on a Saturday night I was feeling off and down and the employees at Jersey Mike’s, Made my night one of the best night I ever had at a sub restaurant they Had phenomenal customer service. Extremely respectful kind generous very thoughtful and how I like my food. Extremely polite this is the type of people that makes the world a better place I honestly believe the Jersey Mike’s in Fridley is one of the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to in my life based off their Customer service, There is still a great people in this world. There is great people in this world and they’re at Jersey Mike’s. God bless the employees at jerseys mikes they restored my humanity.
Really nice. Went with my 2 daughters this afternoon and the lady that attended to us was so polite. Their sub is really nice and better than subway' in my opinion
A little pricey, but a good place to catch a bite's order to bring the family a family. Everything It's made fresh to order. So, while you may wait a few minutes for them to make your sandwich. Take solace in the fact that it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for some indeterminate amount of time
Have had cold subs at JM's before and thought eh. Moseyed into this location for a quick snack and was blown away by their hot sub, #43. A recommendation from the stellar staff, it doesn't disappoint. I can assure you I'll be a regular after this sandwich, yum! Thanks!
