We are always treated well at Outback Steakhouse in Frisco, TX. The food is great, and the servers are friendly and attentive. Along with the regular menu, Outback has a terrific gluten free menu filled with delicious offerings. I always have to save room for my favorite dessert--Chocolate Thunder Down Under. Yum!
I had a great experience tonight! The food was wonderful!!!! Watching the staff work like a well oiled machine. I never saw the staff not working. I also had some great conversations with the servers and management. This staff feels more like a family that works together! So Glad I was able to meet them! Thanks for all the encouragement and love I was shown tonight!
Visited this location in Frisco for the first time today, 3.10.18. Great food and service. Edgar was our server and was very attentive. The manager Joanna also stopped by to check on customers throughout the restaurant. Thanks!!
Outback has the best potato soup ever. We went for lunch and everything, including the waiter, were great!

We had THE BEST service on Valentine’s Day! Quite honestly, we were blown away. Our food came out PERFECTLY!! We were treated so nicely. Best waitress we’ve had since moving to TX. We usually eat at high dollar places for special occasions but glad we choose Outback last night. Susanna was our waitress and she’s outstanding! I hope you all value such a great server!!
It was so fresh and tasty! The best broccoli ever! My steak needed nothing else! The baked potato and bread was Perfect! It was a very late lunch for us but well worth it! Great wait staff too!

Great food and great service. My grandson has food allergens and she took the time to make sure his food was okay for him to eat. I was visiting from NC. Hopefully when I come back we will get to visit again. Thanks again for everything and for making our family night awesome.
I put our names on the list online for 8:30, party of 5 and celebrating a friend’s birthday but we didn’t get seated until 9:15! The hostess team could have cared less… Luckily our server, Collin, made up for that frustration, along with our delicious meals. You never can go wrong with a steak from Outback! We almost left after 40 mins of waiting with 2 hungry kids but the steak was calling my name…. Mmmm. Thanks Collin for doing a great job!
Wonderful location! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Our waitress, Abby, was super polite and patient with us even on a busy night. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested a dish when I didn’t know what to order that is now my new favorite! I hardly leave reviews but I had to since this was the best service I’ve received anywhere lately. We will definitely be back!
We had lunch and we both ordered soup and salad. Both of these were excellent! My husband had the blue cheese chopped salad and the baked potato soup. I had the summer strawberry salad and french onion soup. So good!!! Rod did an EXCELLENT job taking care of us. We will definitely ask for him next time we go.
Last night, my family had dinner at Outback Frisco. Immediately after we were seated, our server Kahari was right there introducing himself. His service was exceptional! He was always making sure we had enough of everything, kept our drinks full, and was doing other things while keeping up with his tables. Our seating host, Kat, is also amazing! Her smile and personality could brighten any customers day. Great job y'all!!!! Thank you for making me and my family feel so at home 😁
First time back at an Outback in a while. This location was really great. Food was delicious. Our servers name was Gerald and I can jot say enough good things about him. Exceptional service. He was so friendly and professional and anticipated our every need. In todays world where good employees are hard to come by, this man deserves a huge shout out. The restaurant Industry needs more Gerald’s! The manager here was quite exceptional as well. We will be back!!
