An impromptu lunch turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Really friendly people with some of the best bbq in the area. Prices are very reasonable with extremely generous portions. Did I mention how clean the restaurant is? It was spotless! The decor is interesting and fun. We will be back soon and often.

We love Burke’s BBQ for breakfast! It’s a hearty country breakfast! You can see them cook it as you order it! My lunch favorite is the smokehouse philly and the pulled pork. Full size ribs too! Try a classic coke or Nehi grape soda. It’s like old times growing up again!

My wife went back on Friday for fried fish. I heard it was okay. The old items on display are pretty cool.

Great ribs, reasonably priced, different sauces to choose from. What more can you ask from a wonderful BBQ joint?

Great food, great people. One problem though, I couldn't put a tip on my credit card! What? I fell also when I can't tip for great service. Ownership needs to fix this and be sure to share those tips with counter, floor and kitchen staff. Great teamwork to keep this place impeccably clean. Just need to let us reward this great effort.

I pass by Burke's all the time, and I never see cars there. I always choose to go some where else, because if it's not busy, they probably don't have much to offer right? Wrong. Burke's BBQ is one of the only remaining chains that offer a hell of selection and portion size for around or under 10$ (including drink). BBQ places seem to think they can charge gold for some 'okay' BBQ. Burke's pulled pork was as good as any of them, and beat just about anyone's price. It was very quick, staff is friendly, the place looked great and felt Clean. I will be going more and more after this experience. The tea wasn't too sweet, their sauces seem home made, and the place almost gives you a sense of nostalgia. At least, it did for me. This isn't a place to "stop by and try", this should be the place to stop by every week. Leagues above Sonny's, and competitively priced against others. Thanks Burke's!

Overall very enjoyable experience. The food was good and the portions are more than adequate. There isn't a myriad of sauces to choose from, but the three offered taste just fine. The fried okra was awesome!

Can't say enough nice things about this place! My wife and I happened to be in town for an event and I wanted some good BBQ. They have a very nice plating line where you can see your food as you order and a very friendly staff. I was able to try a couple meats which persuaded me to get the 4 meat plate. It's sometimes hard today to find a non-chain BBQ spot where there is plenty of room and everything is clean. I was greeted by the owner Tim, very friendly, who explained a bit about how this family owned business came from. An overall great experience. PS The sweet tea is very good also! I will be bringing my family back again.

Mom and Pop locally owned bbq joint. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Cafeteria style ordering, server delivers food order to your table. Self serve foundation beverages. Also, there are bottled, small label soda pop and other beverages available. Best collared greens!
