Usually the service here is nice when the owner(?) is here. However, today was a bit rude. No smile, kinda intimidating to even order and a forced thank you. They(two girls) one girl with big lashes (took the order had big attitude, maybe not having a good day) put down my drink on the counter as if there’s a big line to attend to even though it’s just me and my bf in there. I said thank you and no response.
The drinks are good tho, come for the drinks
I've been dropping by this boba shop for most of the Fall & Spring semester and I adore the slushy selection they have. Service is always nice and never really busy around 1 so I'm able to pop in for a drink and make the bus afterwards. Today I got the pineapple slush with boba and they gave me some of the extra in a paper cup! :)
Surprisingly really good coffee!!! Owner showed me they use an Italian Roast for their espresso while pulling the espresso shots on my coffee, and he hyped it up. Thankfully, it was pretty damn good coffee
Owner is super nice and helpful, and their place is really clean and tasty. Taro is really good too ngl

If I can give more stars I would! Came in to get something sweet and milky and the honey milk tea with boba was so good! I'm obsessed 😋 I'd rather have this than Starbucks 💯 I believe it was the owner who made sure the drink was to my liking when it came to sweetness I thought that was awesome but the drink was perfect as is!!! This was my second time but definitely will keep coming here more often! Always smiles when I come in! ☺️ 👍
Kung Fu Tea has a big menu with a variety of options. The place here in Fullerton is never too busy , and most drinks come out quickly . Free WiFi and spacious seating . Their bathrooms are pretty clean too.
My family and I we're very happy with our drinks, service was quick and workers were polite! Can't wait to come again.
Employees are friendly. Drinks come out relatively quickly and taste good. Good convenient location next to Cal State Fullerton.

I love the amount of options they have! Pricing is very reasonable as well.
So far I haven't had a problem with service. Everyone at the location is very friendly. I've visited the location with multiple people in front of me and the most I've waited was about ten minutes. My drink flavors are always consistent, unless I request otherwise. They let you adjust the amount of sweetness in your drinks, which I'm surprised there aren't many locations who offer that option. They offer a variety of topping options. If you're a student and have your student ID, they give you 10% off. If you check in on Yelp, they give you one free topping option.
While I did not actually buy anything here, my friends did and I partook of a few sips. The tea is good, they use actual lemons and grapefruits for drinks here unlike a lot of places that resort to using syrup concentrate. I did see some syrup in the back though, so I guess not all the fruit they use is fresh. The inside also smells very strongly of Winter Melon Tea for whatever reason. They are also in the same plaza as a Laundromat so the parking lot smells a lot like soap.
The staff is so helpful! This has become my favorite boba place in Fullerton. The boba tastes fresh here. It's a chill atmosphere so a good place to get work done or just hang out with friends. I generally order the honey oolong milk tea 70% sweet (as recommend by the staff). I crave that stuff now!
Very tasty selection of boba teas. You can customize sweetness etc to your liking. Would give 5 stars for that but customer service is not always consistent. Sometimes great, Sometimes just ok.

I love Kung Fu Tea because its incredibly unique and was the sole reason why I fell in love with the Yogurt based drink (I believe they put Yakult in it). This one in particular is my first exposure to the Kung Fu Tea franchise and it was indeed a perfect gateway.
The decor here is absolutely adorable. There are boba and milk tea themed decor all over. The ceiling is boba and there is a boba milk tea sign on one of the walls. On another wall, their logo alongside a dragon sit there.
Service here is always perfect. They are always helpful and patient whenever I forget to check-in and bring up my check-in offer last minute or when my Kung Fu Tea app isn't working.
The milk teas are milkier and foamier than most places is the reason why i believe makes them stand out more. After their introduction of their Thai-Tea I was set to be lifted from this Earth because that thing was phenomenal. The Thai Tea has dropped a little bit less in quality before, but its still one of the best in the area.
My only complaint about this place is that it is a little pricier than the places in the area.
P.S. They do have their own app which you can use to pay as well as to keep track of your rewards.
I absolutely love their drinks. The shop is super cute and always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. They make sure you're satisfied with your drink.
