This place is the best arbys I have ever been to. I went through the drive through to order dinner for the entire family so my order was lengthy and took quite a while. The young man on the mic repeated it back several times to ensure everything was right and they absolutely nailed everything. I thought I ordered a large tea as well, it might have gotten lost in the size of my order but when I got to the window they ended up comping the tea. It's the little things folks, young people working at a chain fast food don't need to go above and beyond like these people do but they did!

After this post I received a phone call and email from the manager who refunded my money and also gave me a free meal. Thank you for responding.
Went to the FV one after placing a online order and they said they didn't receive the order. Reordered and paid for the food. Later found out that my card was charged for the order they said they did not receive. I emailed twice to ask for a refund and got no response.
If you've been to one you've been to them all. We don't eat out a lot so it was a change of pace. Place was clean and staff was polite. Recommended.
Tried the Mediterranean chicken wrap. Delicious! Always friendly staff at this location. Don't forget to ring the bell on your way out
