Graeter is ice cream nirvana. It's not odd combinations of flavors that are a tasting Jenga! Graeters brings you traditional but delicious ice cream. cones, sundaes, pinwheels, shakes, ice cream pies, and toppings. In my opinion it is the best flavored, textured, and enjoyable ice cream.
Just call me Mr. Willpower. While attempting to get my sugar under control I treated my granddaughters to Graeter's ice cream and was able to resist getting a raspberry chocolate chip cone for myself!

The service at this location was above and beyond, I told the girl that was working there that I had a 3 hr drive and she made sure to put some dry ice in the bag to keep the ice cream cold. She was very helpful.
The place was tremendous ! My grandma and I went for an ice cream treat and loved the whole experience! Both of the people getting us ice cream were both respectful and attentive to what we wanted. The service was spot on and we got our ice cream within seconds of us ordering. They made us feel very welcomed The double double chocolate is sinfully good They totally have my loyalty. And the place is Ohio born and raised!
This has always been my favorite ice cream place to go to..I never been disappointed with their quality and service. Black Raspberry is one of my favorite. If you like coconut and chocolate together then I highly recommend you to try their coconut fudge milkshake...it is the best.
I visited this place on 04/06/2021 and I had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I got one MLB kid's thing that came in a baseball hat and one waffle cone with strawberry chocolate ice cream inside of it. My family visited 5/27/21 at 10:56 pm. Closing time is 11 PM. Instead of being grumpy like we may have been, the staff greeted us cheerfully, asked us if we wanted to try anything. We laughed and joked and really had an amazing experience. Thank you for treating your last customers of the day like we were your first customers of the day. The ice cream was awesome as well! We will definitely be back!
