Food was delicious . Any time I am in Gainesville, that's the place we eat
The food is always tasty and the service is extraordinary! Patrick was a very attentive employee at the register too.
The service was very good, the food was delicious and everyone left satisfied! Will definitely go back again.
Yummy sushi and rice bowls. A wide variety of dishes even for the pickiest eater. The ingredients are always fresh. The dining room is small, but there are seats outside.
Has sushi delivered for Valentines night in. Delicious sushi and great prices. I agree with other posts about the bowls though... We ordered pad Thai as well and didn't even touch it... Very dry and bland
When weighing price and quality, bentos is probably is the best place to go for yummy and affordable sushi. It's mid range price for sushi and the second best tasting sushi in town. There is a large menu to choose from and the placebos always clean. Also save your receipt because you can take it next door to mochi and get a dollar off yogurt
Great sushi & bowls. One of my favorite sushi places in Gainesville, Bento provides a cheap meal in an aesthetically-pleasing atmosphere. The Bento Boxes and the bowls are delicious as well. If you're looking for a quick, low-key meal, I'd suggest Bento.

Best Asian Food in Gainesville. Hands down Bento has the best japanese/asian food in Gainesville. I come from a japanese family and we all love the food in there. The flavors are very similar to authentic japanese cuisine (closest I've tried in Nor/Central FL). I always order the Spicy Cream Chicken and the Shrimp Tempura Udon Soup. I recently went to the Bento in Orlando and I was disappointed that they have new dishes such as Fried Rice, Thai Fried Rice, Chow Fun Noodle, and so forth. They need to bring those to Gainesville!
Consistently great. I have been here a ton of times and have had excellent, service and food every time. It can be slower at times due to the single register at the counter, but that's alright in my opinion because I think it cuts back on mistakes with orders (never had one). The "sauce bar" is nice and watching the sushi chefs work is really cool and passes the short time you have to wait for your food. Food is consistent and always served hot and fresh. Reasonably priced. Thursday is buy one get one free beers. Give this place a shot if you haven't been yet.
Never had the sushi, but the noodle bowls are fantastic.
Best Cheap Meal in Gainesville. If you are looking for some delicious, inexpensive, quick Asian food, Bento is definitely the place to go in Gainesville. They have two locations, one on Archer and one on Newberry. I happen to prefer the one on Newberry (free sauce) but you can't go wrong with either. Highly recommend the spicy cream chicken bowl with eel sauce and a coffee boba tea.
One of the best!. I really love this place for 2 reasons: 1. The bobba teas are quite ingenius 2. The yellow curry is amazing!!!
Bento boxes! One of the only Gainesville restaurants I crave regularly. Lollipop has better bubble tea, though!
Great Sushi Great Dishes. Great sushi rolls
great dishes
great quality
great atmosphere
excellent prices for the quality you are getting
The food is really good. Make sure you call your order in advance.
I usually get their sushi, it's always very good. Service is kind of slow, but there is usually a few people ahead of me. Awesome atmosphere.
Good food, slow service. They only have one register!
This is that fiya asain cuisine. Its atmosphere is perfect for a quiet evening. General tsos? Yes please!
Went on a date here and wasn't too bad the atmosphere is very nice and sheik. Food could use some help. Teriyaki beef just wasn't..... Well teriyaki enough for me. But overall very nice experience.
The food is loaded with MSG. The sushi is makes a lot of people sick.
Don't even think about parking on the weekend.. Can they keep up with all of the customers? Sure they can! They just opened a second location on Archer Road in a fast growing and bustling area. There is often a line, but don't be discouraged, because the line moves fast and you are guaranteed an excellent and refreshing meal. They have expanded their sushi menu and it is better than ever. The only thing about this location is that they do not serve duck, but everything else on the menu is the same if not better. Their food is authentic, nutritious, trendy, exiting, and fulfilling at once. The atmosphere is amazing with groovy ambient techno and glowing tables. There are families, college students, and elderly couples are dining there and enjoying all that they have to offer. Gainesville is so lucky to have such an amazing local business in their town that caters to everyone, offering a taste of Taiwanese teahouse culture, rivaling some of the greats, such as Saints Alp Teahouse. Most meals are about $6.50 and come in a Bento box as a six course meal. The food is a terrific mix of Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Japanese. Noodle bowls, soup bowls, rice bowls, sushi, tempura, bento boxes, and teriyaki. The highlight of the dining experience is the bubble tea. If you have not tried it, then you are missing out. In the hot Florida months, my favorite is Jasmine Green tea with green apple syrup and lychee jelly. For photos and a full menu, check out their amazing website. Menu varies in both locations.
