This place was good and it was definitely a worthwhile experience. We tried Lamb kabob, chicken kabob along with dolmeh, kashk badmjan (hope I spelt right!) and persian ice cream. For the most part, it was ok. Loved the kabobs, they were the highlight, full of flavor and loved the texture. For the others it was our very first time trying so, definitely a unique experience. Food aside, loved the staff, they were so warm and welcoming. Plus the ambiance was great.

This place is awesome. We just decided to eat here last minute. The waiter is the gentlest guy we have ever met. Will be coming here again! The ground beef kabobs were the best! The portions were awesome too! UPDATE: Still haven’t found anywhere around here that matches the food at this place. You have to try it.

"Caspian House of Kabob in Gaithersburg stands out as a premier destination for genuine Persian cuisine. We're regulars here and have explored a significant portion of their menu – always finding ourselves impressed with the flavors, taste, and aesthetics of each dish. A standout favorite is the 'Tahdig with Ghormeh Sabzi' from the appetizer section. This delightful dish offers a generous serving of tadig (the crispy rice) crowned with your choice of stew – be it the Ghormeh Sabzi or Ghameh. A must-try!"

Great location for authentic Persian cuisine. Very impressed with the price to portion ratio. Some of the best kebab meat ever! Same goes for the hummus. I do feel that most of the food was a bit salty, though. Gyros can be ordered despite not being on the paper menu - check the board near the register. You can get them as a wrap or open faced. Open faced costs a few dollars more and significantly increases the filling.

Very good., I ordered the appetizer Gormah sabzi with the crusty rice. it’s very fresh and also very big considering it’s an appetizer. I also ordered the soup with noodles and chick peas. I forgot the name of the soup- but it’s delicious. I’ll have to take it home because it’s a lot.

I thought this place was great! The food is quite nice. I ordered the Caspian Combo. Both the chicken and kebab were flavorful. The yogurt that they gave with the entree was slightly sour, which cut through the savory meat flavors very well. Along with my dish they also gave me naan bread. Overall, this place is solid. You should check it out if you like Middle Eastern food!

I have been to all Persian restaurants in the DC metro area, and if you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly environment, kind service, and good food, this is your place. I don’t live in Maryland, but if I’m in the area, I’ll be back!

Sooooo Good 😊 Rack of ramb is one of the best . Yogurt sauce is very good too . usually I don't eat yogurt sauce because that's very sour but Caspian house yogurt sauce is so tasty.

First time at Caspian House. We were early for lunch; therefore, just two more people. Service was prompt and very polite. I had the Caspian combo, my daughter Kubideh Kabob. As appetizer Olivieh salad. The food was delicious. The Kabobs marinated and flavorful, the meat tender and rightfully cooked. An excellent place to get a quick bite of good Persian food. Price was right.

This is my family's favorite place to eat kabobs in Montgomery County and a customer since 2005. The food is fresh and delicious, and if you like to spice up your dish just ask and you will not be disappointed at very reasonable prices. Forgot to mention that this is one of few places that knows how to cook rice.

New to the area and stumbled across this little family owned restaurant. It’s unassuming but the kebabs taste great. I tried the beef kubideh and chicken kebab and loved them. Will definitely come back.
