I like spicy foods ....so we ordered spicy chicken burger but it's not that spicy. Taste wise it's very good.
Don't try fruit punch here, it's like tonic literally. But I like there barbecue sauce it's yummy 😋
I thought the food service was very quick here. The staff was pleasant and quick to provide refills on drinks. They have a large children's play area and plenty of seating and parking. The sandwich I ordered was good, if sparsely garnished (pickles only?). The fries are good and their signature sauce is delicious.
I want to be like Terrance when I grow up. So polite, so helpful, and so respectful! Quality customer service. thanks for the extra crackers

Christian's safe Haven! You can eat a good fast food dish and listen to church songs instrumental! The chicken is also very well cooked! They have this hidden recipes that make their food heavenly! Thats some holy chicken

Update: Since I wrote my original review, this location has improved their service. I changed my review to a 5 star. The new employees have all been very friendly, helpful, and accurate. Due to the positive change, this is now my family's go-to Chick-Fil-A location. Original review (2022): The food is "usually" good. The service used to be very good. Unfortunately the service is no longer great. I can not even count how many times I have seen a car hop take food to the wrong vehicle. They let the person open the bags and dig through them.. discovering it's not their order. Then they take the same food and finally give it to the correct vehicle... which means your food has most likely been handled by another customer. I don't know why they have you enter your car color and parking spot number if they aren't going to actually read it and use it. Going in to grab food yourself.. my food has been off to the side and cold and takes ages to get an employee to hand it to me. Skip this location and go to Germantown or Rockville.

Amazing service every time I come.
We joke about how we could easily get a neapolitan milkshake because they're so good at customer service. Tonight, we just got milkshakes curbside. Unfortunately, they forgot us and we waited 20 minutes to get our shakes. They were gracious and apologized profusely. The peppermint shake was amazing unfortunately my girlfriend drank most of it.

This is one of the best chick fil a’s I’ve ever been to. The food is fantastic and of high quality. The restaurant has a great and welcoming staff. I would give a 6/5 stars if possible, defiantly recommend.
The Chick-fil-A in Kentlands (#2934) is poorly run. There are 12 customers standing in line, 10 employees behind the counter, and only one person on the cash register waiting on customers on a busy Saturday. I asked to speak to the operator Richard Munguia, but he is nowhere to be found. This place is not up to typical Chick Fil A high standards.
