Very busy store, but still extremely fast, friendly, and helpful service. I was impressed with how quickly the drinks came out even though they were very busy. Clean cafe with a long table for working on a laptop. A lot of outdoor seating with nice landscaping. I ordered the wrong thing first by mistake but they fixed my order very efficiently and quickly.
This is one of the Starbucks locations with really nice outdoor seating area. Everything else is as you would expect from any other branch.

Slowest StarBucks ever... that was a two-star review, three years ago. And since then this has become one of my most favorite Starbucks locations in the northern central Montgomery County area. This location tends to have the special drinks and enough supply on hand to make it through the whole day of demand for those new exciting and exotic brilliantly vibrant colored drinks. Excelsior is the staff A1 down to earth professional friendly reliable consistent positive attitudes like most of the Starbucks in the area that also have a great people as well. What this location lacks is large or more restrooms they have two little ones that barely accommodate but they do accommodate and parking can be a little sketchy at times so do not park at the dry cleaners next door that's just rude there is outdoor seating and it isn't a wonderful location. 4 out of 5 stars it would be 4.5 if I could but I can't so impress me and I will certainly reconsider within a relatively reasonable time frame of 6 to 18 months. So, this actually one if my favorite Starbucks around. I have been studying and working here around 4 days a week. Lately I haven’t been feeling welcomed by the workers, unfortunately. I hope everything is ok with them. I know it is hard to smile all the time or some days when we have personal problems. I wish everyone strength to deal with problems.
Very friendly staff that were super organized with the morning rush of orders.
Amazing staff.Always friendly and kind. They recognized that my license was in the lost&found and automatically brought it to me the next time I came in for a coffee.
I got the Paradise Drink in trenti. It's bigger than the venti. It's my absolute favorite on a warm day. Plus, I met the most adorable puppy named after the goddess Freyja.
Come here to work a lot. Busy but mostly just loud, music is loud and it is hard to think or order
This is such a great starbucks. It's super busy and they've always got a lot going on but orders come out fast and quick. Thanks for all your hard work. This is a very demanding job and you're all doing a bang up job
