We were looking for a place close to a tournament our son was participating in. The reviews looked decent and the prices reasonable, so we decided to give it a try. This is the place where the locals go...and that's how we knew it would be good. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive until it got too busy for her. We ordered the chicken, fries, maduros, papusas, a quesadilla and a sandwich. None of us left dissapointed or hungry. If you are in the area, this is worth a stop in to eat.

I recently visited Pollo Ala Vista for lunch and had a great experience! Despite the restaurant's somewhat inconspicuous location next to a car dealer, the friendly staff and delicious food made it well worth the search. The service was prompt and attentive, and there was plenty of parking available even during the busy lunch hour. I highly recommend trying the pupusas - they were absolutely delicious! While the restaurant didn't offer silverware, the plastic utensils provided were more than adequate. The table space was good and the food came out quickly. Although the restaurant could benefit from a bit of decluttering, it was mostly clean and didn't detract from the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend Pollo Ala Vista to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable meal in the area.

I had the American standard: chicken burrito. It was packed full of rice and meat and was delicious.
This food is killer. Everything came out fresh, delicious, and HOT. Definitely worth checking out.

Cozy place in the middle of nowhere offering inexpensive well-made simple home food. It’s like eating at someone’s home. Staff is very pleasant and professional. The tamarind drink is superb, the seafood soup is out of this world. I always enjoy going back to this place.

This place has a full menu, but I've only gotten Peruvian chicken. Sardis has nothing on this place. They speak English and Spanish, plus they happily entertain my bad Spanish. Call in your order or stop in. Outdoor seating (dogs welcome) and indoor seating.
Definitely recommend the food here it’s a hidden gem but worth it cause the food is amazing.
Always come here with my best friend.. The food is great.. The drinks are great... The atmosphere is awesome... You can dine in! They're open early, I mean I cant for anything more! I love this place.
The food was very good and very authentic Mexican. The staff is Hispanic and they were friendly during my visit. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a salad (no meat because it was good Friday) and the food was tasty. I was only in Gaithersburg because the shop next door was tinting my windows. But if I was in the area again, I'd return here to eat.
Really nothing to say about the experience because of only take out due to covid. But the food is great very affordable. Had this food many times can't go wrong with anything. Great authentic Spanish food
Great menu and great service. The food is just phenomenal, very fairly priced, served in large generous portions, and I couldn’t recommend Pollo Ala Vista any more highly. It is certainly a hidden gem of a restaurant that is not to be missed.
Very authentic place. They were "low on dark meat" when I was there, which was disappointing :(
However, the wings were crispy and meaty, and the breast was very tender & juicy, both with great flavor. Superb yucca, too :)
