We arrived in the late afternoon, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The walls and booths are adorned with cowboy hats, saddles, boots and a very impressive bull above the bar. The staff are fun, energetic and friendly. The food order was delivered within 15 minutes of being ordered and the steaks were butter soft. Some of the best steaks we've tasted. The cocktails from the bar were well made and had their own Longhorn spin. It's mid to high $$ but it's worth every penny. By the time we left the restaurant had filled to capacity. It's easy to see why it's popular.
Arrived closer to 7pm on a weekend, a tad wait for our party. Once seated, our waiter was very knowledgeable, quick to check back on us. Food arrived timely. I got the sirloin and 8pc shrimp and it was delicious! The rest each got the ribeye. No complaints! Great service overall!
We stopped in on a Friday in time for lunch specials. We ordered salads with Sirloin and spicy chicken wraps as an entree. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
This was right after a pretty decent tornado in the area. My girlfriend and I went expecting it to be slow because a lot of people didn't have power. They kept the restaurant service quick and as painless as possible. We weren't there when the power outage happened or during the tornado warning but we heard from several people that were that told us they did a very good job handling everything during that time. This is amazing to hear because this definitely makes us want to come back more being that they can handle major events such as this. Our server was awesome and made sure that everybody got hot meals in a very timely manner and checked on us very frequently. Definitely will be coming back.
Gosh, thanks a lot for the ‘special’ NY Strip Steak. I commented on how my wife’s steak was bigger than mine and then realized mine was served looking a lot like a part of the bull you don’t normally eat. Seriously it came out like this, I just cut some off the backend before taking the photo. I laughed about it and then cut this into many pieces before eating. Good joke, great service, don’t let it happen again or I’ll come in the back wielding it like a sword. lol

Everything was OK, not great. Service was pretty good. Food wasn't bad, but also wasn't very good.

Longhorn steakhouse as a whole is consistent across the region and I appreciate that. This particular longhorn steak house location had excellent service from the time that I walked into the door until the time I left. I came in at around 8pm on a Monday; which I believe to be a time and day where you can expect things to be messy, but at this longhorn location they were not. I only waited about 30 seconds for a hostess to seat me in a kind and quick manor. I did however, wait for around 10 minutes before being tended to by a waiter. Which given the time and and busyness of the restaurant I believe to be acceptable. The hostess noticed me still without a menu and promptly came to give take a drink order from me and get me squared away. When I did meet my waitress finally she was very kind and very attentive and made up for the initial wait period. I ordered the shrimp for an appetizer and I enjoyed it. It is a huge dish that I believe to be very fairly priced. It could easily feed 2-3 adults. I then ordered the cowboy ribeye and a side of lobster tail. Both of these items were just “okay”. I was not at all impressed with the $11 lobster tail addition. Nonetheless I do believe it was on par for a chain steakhouse in Tennessee. It was not bad, it was cooked right, but I just would not order it again. The bone in rib-eye was also cooked correctly and tasted great, but it was not priced correctly for the quality of meat. Drinks were good and fairly price, Service was well above expected, and the food was good. All in all I would eat at longhorn steak house in Gallatin again, but I will be trying dishes that are more simple to perfect.
Always a great experience to have and a frequent hotspot to have some of the best steak. The price is fair and the service is very good, the workers are attentive and helpful. The place is always packed when I go, so definitely arrive before dinner time. The atmosphere is very lively and the decor definitely fits that of a steakhouse.
Food was great! Service was even better. French onion soup is as good as you'll find. Really like the spicy chicken bites for an appetizer. Salmon is always my go to for an entree. Really enjoyed our visit here!

So. Me and my family have been here several times so many times that of course they will mess up and over cook or under cook a steak from time to time. But we are all human and make mistakes. We can’t be perfect all the time and for people to think that we should be is so unrealistic. Every time a steak has been wrong they have immediately taken it off the check or atleast tried to get it fixed! My favorite things to eat are the renegade sirlion with the parm crust, Brussels, and a sweet potato and most the time I’ll get a salad too! Appetizers are always the spicy chicken bites, Wild West shrimp, and the wings! Some times the stuffed mushrooms! All 4 absolutely delicious. Prices are right on point! And staff are always friendly and do they best that they can possibly do! Most the time we get Tina in the bar area as our server and she is beyond amazing! So even though they have messed up somethings in the past. They still deserve this 4 star review because no one is perfect! And just because of a couple mistakes doesn’t mean they are a bad restaurant and don’t deserve a great review.
A regular convenience for us. We like sitting at the bar and it’s reliably good. Filet was tender and delicious. I like the Bonanza cab recently added.
We eat here 2 to 3x a week. We love the atmosphere, and our waiter Alfonso, He makes us feel the hospitality. Really nice!!
Great steak and shrimp! Parmesean crusted chicken was excellent too! We were a very large party, and the waiter handled it great.. Would definitely eat here again!
Fantastic service, delicious food and great atmosphere. Definitely plan on visiting again next time we're in town. Setting the bar for steakhouses everywhere
