I’m solely here just to praise Marleigh. She will go down to be probably the best server I’ve ever had. She was personable, bubbly, fun, sweet, and went above and beyond to care for us and make sure we were satisfied. We don’t usually go to here very often, but I’d come back more often just for her. She’s a ray of sunshine for this place. This location is very lucky to have her and anyone who gets her is a very lucky table. Thank you for a great meal and amazing service.
The restaurant was not busy. We got in quickly.
We order "shareables" as we didn't want a full meal. We ordered Spinach and Artichoke dip along with the Top Shelf appetizer (picture below), and each order a Margarita.
Linda, our waitress was hospitable as she attended to our table.

I know this is not a Michelin restaurant, but the Bayou Salmon was superb. I am allergic to Red meat. They always are accommodating to my needs. The service is always 5 star. The atmosphere is fun. The servers are wonderful Southern people with the southern hospitality that shines through. You can tell they have that have that bright cheerful smile and ready to be of service to their guest.
Our server was great. It was pretty busy while we were there. Food came out fast. The rolls were delicious as usual.
This is our second visit in two months. I promised I would try their ribs the next time. So... I did. I wasn't impressed. On a scale of 1-5, these ribs rate a 2.5. The sweet potato is a three. Our server was a 5.
Tonight was date night, our 3rd visit in 3 months. We both had the seafood sampler. It was delicious. The server was attentive and helpful. With tonight's visit I will upgrade my overall review to 4.
My grandson and I were celebrating his passing to the 5th grade. He had chicken tenders with loaded potato and cup of potato soup. I had seafood platter dinner. Service was amazing she was very nice! Service at the door seated us right on time! It's just perfect Thank you!
The menu has been condensed since last visit but still some good favorites on it. Service was ok, ordered sweet tea and when server brought refill it was unsweetened and instead of getting new ones he took drinks and added sugar so not so good!!! Manager stood at bar for over 30 mins talking to 2 ppl, kinda annoying when trying to enjoy ur meal.
Food is always good here and the best part is that kids eat free. I had the fried fish meal with sweet potatoes and broccoli. My son had grilled chicken and brocolli. We had an awesome waiter and didn't have to wait long at all for the food. You also get free bread as well but I forgot to take a picture.
We were a group of six out for lunch this time and sampled a nice variety of food. The Top-shelf Combo Appetizer started off the meal with potatoes skins, tenders and mozzarella wedges.
A cheeseburger, some prime rib, more tenders, their famous chicken salad and salmon followed. All of the food was well seasoned and to our liking. Our server kept our water glasses filled and we had no room for dessert. Overall an enjoyable O'Charleys afternoon!
For the first time tonight I ordered the family meal of chicken tenders. The food was perfect. My order was filled correctly and the food was plentiful and hot. Thank you O'Charley's for a great family dinner.
We were craving O’Charleys rolls and chicken tenders and as always we were satisfied with our food. I want to take a second and give a huge kudos to our server, Skeeter. This was the first time we had 10/10 service- quickest and most accurate. Skeeter was bartending as well as taking care of numerous tables. He was very quick to greet us, take our drink order and bring our rolls out. Shortly later our food order was taken. I always order a house salad with no cheese. This was the first time I received this correctly and didn’t have to pick out the cheese. We were roughly there for 35 minutes. Usually we wait 30 minutes just for our food. We will be sure to request Skeeter going forward.
We also took notice of the host whom was hustling with sitting guests and bussing tables. Great job gentlemen, your hard work on Friday afternoon did not go unnoticed.
