Always a Great cheeseburger with ketchup, just delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and there are plenty of seats. The food was prepared fairly quickly. The bathrooms were very clean. There is plenty of free parking, it's a shopping center.

Let's give credit where credit is due. After a long back and forth with the kids trying to choose lunch, we decided on Five Guys. It had been a long time since we've had it. Thinking about it, it was like the earliest fast casual that elevated the hamburger. Way before shake shack or smashurger or bareburger or whatever. Note that if you have anything resembling peanut allergies, you should stay away as there are literally peanuts everywhere. Freshly roasted, unshelled peanuts in cartons, are available with little paper boats for munching on as you're waiting. Their fries are fried in peanut oil. So the rundown. Their burgers come in regular and junior size. The difference is essentially an extra patty. The beef is fresh and tastes like it was homemade. Another plus - all their toppings are basic but free eg grilled onions, 'shrooms, etc. The fries were a little soggier than I remember but they make up for it completely with taste and quantity. Lastly, they have those fancy Coke dispensers that offers a gazillion different combination options. The place is super clean and the workers all seem like there enjoying themselves. Definitely worth it.

Really solid, reliable burgers. Whenever I get a burger craving my nose just follows the scent to the nearest 5 guys. No matter who is behind the counter the burger are remarkably consistent. I always get the same thing double burger with cheese, small fries and a mellow yellow. Fries are fresh and I love that they post where they came from. I never get toppings, or sauces. The quality of the burgers is so good, spiced so well they never disappoint. A little pricey for "fast food" but for a buck or two more then your typical fast food it's absolutely worth it. For a few pennies more you get food 10 times the quality of any fast food joint.

Best burgers in town! Always go at least once a week. Staff is so friendly and inviting. Pretty spacious place so you never need a worry about it getting crowded. A little pricey (about $8 per burger) but this is definitely higher-end fast food (would consider it like a diner).

UPDATE: I was critical of this location for how it operated during 2020 and 2021, but I've gone a few times now in 2022 and it has really turned it around. There is eye contact, friendly staff, good quality food, and much quicker turnarounds. It feels more like a regular Five Guys location. So im very happy to see it because it is the closest location to me. OLD POST: Corporate, please save this Five Guys location!! I'll reiterate what others have said. This is one of the worst run Five Guys locations of the dozens that I've visited. Corporate should step in about management or replace the franchisee. This location is so bad that I'm pretty confident it's damaged the brand. I avoided this location by going to the one in Carle Place until it closed. I gave them some leeway because of COVID, but service is abysmal. The staff wanders off like stray cats during the middle of ordering and trying to fill orders. There was 2 or 3 employees out of the 10 that were keeping it together and they were clearly overwhelmed and frustrated. Fries were soggy. The burger barely made it between the bun. I'll reluctantly keep going to Shake Shack until Five Guys reclaims control of this location.

You give your order at the counter with a list of toppings you can select for your burger, a very comprehensive list. Take a number and await its freshly cooked result. French fries available. Very good ones at that, and the source farm for the potatoes proudly indicated. Also, help yourself to free peanuts to munch on whole awaiting your order. Overall a no nonsense approach to burgers and fries. Plenty of parking outside, very reasonable pricing. Soft drinks available too. Cash or credit OK.

I love burgers and I love five guys burgers. Wish they had better organizational boxes for their fries 🍟. But aside from that I love their food. Also it is sadly on the expensive side.

Love the place. Was so happy when I heard that there was going to be a new Five guys closer to home. I was there on the first day and have gone there enough to know that the service is great as well as the food. I usually get a Regular Cheeseburger with ketchup. The fries are really good and they give you a lot extra in the bag. They do have the new coke machines (coca-cola freestyle). That is not a big deal but I like the variety of the drinks in this new machine. I also recommend ordering online because when you arrive, its paid for, and the food will come faster as they already know your order. 5 out of 5 in all categories.

My go-to spot for when I'm craving some Cajun fries or a good burger! The burgers are awesome and always taste fresh. There are so many flavors for the shakes you'll always have something new to try. But seriously though the Cajun fries are the hands down winner!
