Our family has been on the road for several days, and we had been eating unhealthily. We were really grateful to find Tumbleweed Cafe because the food was healthy, simple yet delicious, and very good value for money. We ordered the Banjo (which has a nice spicy kick to it) and the Merle salad. The staff were very friendly and this cafe had a relaxed, at home feel with Lego toys for younger kids to play with in a separate section.. I liked the thoughtful ways the store is environmentally friendly,; we helped ourselves to water with reusable glasses, and the bathroom had recycled paper towels. Also the store has books, cards and art to support local artists. Do stop by this place, it is highly recommended.

Cozy little bookshop that also serves nice coffee breakfast and pastries. They have lot of books about Yellowstone national park to browse. You can also find some handwoven baskets for sale. I went in the afternoon so it was not crowded and the staff at the clash register was very nice and got my order quickly served. They have Wi-Fi and they accept credit cards. If you want to spend your afternoon with a nice coffee this is the place.

The food at thus cozy and beautiful Cafe in Gardiner is so amazing. We got to it at closing time and without hesitation they opened up for us and cooked delicious sandwiches and made coffee for us. The plus were the two beautiful puppies that greeted us at the door. This is a really must try if you go to the Gardiner area! The sandwiches are about $10 each and the coffees range between $3 to $8 depending of which kind you get.

Came here two mornings for breakfast and it was perfect. Line wasn’t too long and wait for food wasn’t bad either. The breakfast sandwich and burrito were so good and filling. My husband liked the hot cereal too. The chai is great and so is the coffee but the ambiance is even better. We enjoyed it so much! Very vegetarian friendly too!! Perfect for us since a lot of the places in town have meat heavy menus.

This is absolutely the perfect add-on for your Yellowstone vacay if (a) you like good coffee and cafe food and/or (b) you need wifi to check email or make calls. We've been in the park for over a week now and we come here every morning. We came at first for the internet. We've kept coming back for the lattes, the breakfast sandwiches (the burrito was fantastic) as well as the lunch sandwiches. Well, and the internet. Friendly service, comfortable surroundings. Oh, and they have a little bookstore that we bought a couple of books from. Totally thumbs up.

This is a tiny cafe and they have really good food options. Their breakfast burrito is really nice so are all their sandwiches. They have few drinks like coffee, mocha, chai, but no juices. Their prices are also very affordable, not like the other places which have a huge price tag for average food. Must visit when in Gardiner.
