My boyfriend and I found The Water Street Grill on Google when we were in the area looking for a late Saturday lunch. We walked in and quickly sat at the bar. The service was fast and all of the drinks were delicious. I had the pesto chicken and my boyfriend had the fish & chips. Both meals were fantastic. The fries were very crispy and the fish was cooked perfectly. The ciabatta roll was very fresh and the sandwich was seasoned nicely. It the a perfect stop during a long motorcycle ride! We will definitely be back!
My veggie burger was so good, words can't do it justice. My sweet potato fries were fried to perfection and eating them transported me to another world. My water was spectacular as water goes and the ice didn't leave an aftertaste. Don't even get me started on the caprese salad, I mean, my gosh it was out of this world each piece of mozzarella was sliced to perfection and the tomatoes were ripe and delicious. The service was superb our waitress was awesome. I love everything.
Incredible, hands down some the best food I’ve ever had.
I ordered the Hibachi steak, the teriyaki sauce really made the dish shine. My fiancé ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich. Where to start???
The sides I ordered included wild rice and garlic mashed potatoes, I could have ordered just these two things on their own and been more than satisfied. The quality of the ingredients is apparent.
The ciabatta bread that the chicken sandwich was served on was fantastic. Don’t forget to try the homemade waffle fries!
Didn’t grab dessert because we were both so full from dinner but next time will save some room, because they also looked delicious! I wish we had food of this caliber back home!
We’ve been here twice now. Weekday evening in the winter and it was crowded. Saturday evening in June and a lot more mellow. The Guinness mussels were outstanding both times, and my fish tacos and wife’s Thai shrimp on our last visit were very good. Can’t remember what we had the first time but obviously good enough to bring us back. I had a double Tanq and tonic w lemon and it was well made and actually came w lemon. Not as slam dunk as you might think…. Staff and service is average but friendly Overall a pleasant stop when we’re in the area.

Drinks were very good and so was the service. We both had the special, salmon, mashed potatoes (excellent) & veggies. Both the salmon & veggies were disappointing. The salmon did not have much taste, perhaps was frozen, not fresh? The veggies were zucchini with onion and mine had a piece of bacon in them, which, since I don't eat meat, was very disappointing. When the waitress checked on us, she apologized and offered me a salad. So that's the 4th star, but I feel you shouldn't have to ask if the veggies have meat.
Water street grill is perfection! We were so happy with the service and the food, it really exceeded our expectations! This is a casual and cozy atmosphere perfect for apres ski. We ordered fried beans, waffle fries, the chipotle sausage pasta, the meatloaf, ribs, and the sirloin tips - everything was SO TASTY! I got to try a taste of all the meals at the table and they did not disappoint. Even the meatloaf which I normally wouldn’t be a fan of, but this was sweet and flavourful. The food was hot, tasty, fresh, and the portions were very generous. The cost was also very reasonable especially given the potion sizes. Thank you to our server Sara who was attentive and thoughtful, she heard we had a birthday and added a candle to our birthday boy’s dessert.
We are visiting from Canada, and during our trip we had a not so great experience at the restaurant “Birkshire Palette” rated that a 1 star :( - we are so glad to have redeemed our culinary experience with this fantastic spot!
I loved the outside seating here; the sand was such a fun touch! The caprese sandwich was delicious and I enjoyed the waffle fries. The service was so friendly! Thank you!
