Wow this is a new Dickey’s and I’m happy to say they don’t put meat under a heat lamp (which dries it out). The brisket was amazing as was the chicken and the sausage! This was a very pleasant surprise because I was not a big fan of Dickey’s in the past. Juan was also a gracious host and very helpful in answering any questions we had. That gets an A+++ for customer service in my book. I can’t wait to go back.

Great BBQ for a fast food chain. We ordered pork ribs and they had good favor and very tender.They were obviously cooked ahead of time, saran wrapped for portion size and heated with microwave prior to serving. However, they were not over cooked or too dry as compared to those using a grill or broiler.
The sides were good as well. Overall, it's very good value for some good BBQ.
First time at this particular Dickey's (didn't know they were franchised restaurants). I found this one to be exceptionally good. The service however is one of the things that for me made it stand out above any of the OTHER Dickey's we've been to. Way to go Carlos keep up the GREAT work & THANK YOU for a GREAT dining experience!!
Friendly staff little more money than McDonald's but way better good. Friendly staff they gave us free peach knob if I spelled that correctly and the guy even took one next door for some kid. They should just give more than one bun. With 3 meats.
FANTASTIC customer service and never once had any issues with any of the food. Prob the best Dickeys in the area

If I lived in Plano I would drive out of my just to eat here. Literally the food is SMACKIN and all of the employees aren't just nice, they go beyond what you would even begin to expect! This is Texas in a restaurant 6 out of 5 stars
I was greeted with a HUGH welcome as soon as I walked in the door! From start to finish these guys made me laugh and enjoy those few minutes. I have seen a lot of businesses fail at this location, but it's people like these employees that drive in business! I will return ASAP and also refer friends and family. Thank you for making my day guys I wish i remember your names. BTW who wouldn't want a Dickies BBQ right behind your house!
We can't get enough of this place. Great food and outstanding customer service! I'll be back for sure. Thank you to all the employees for their wonderful attitudes and service.
