Great customer service tonight. Order not quite right at drive through. Place was busy. Didn’t take time to check bag in car full of kids with cars behind me. Drove out and on street and had to cut back around and went inside as drive through was way packed…after we realized some burgers had cheese. Manager switched it out immediately as I walked in and it was BUSY. Looked at me with my take out bag coming in and helped me right away. Meant a lot that I didn’t have to wait or explain much. True professional. Well done. Appreciated.
After a bad experience at another restaurant today, I stopped here for a vanilla shake....They didn't disappoint. Shake was great, place was clean and staff was friendly. Will be back!
Black female cashier is always neat and friendly, smiling. A pleasure to visit this McDonalds. Food consistently good.
A place where I can actually walk into and talk to someone who will take my order. Foods a bit pricey for a location across street, but the customer service has been soiled. Had a few things that were short on my order but nothing major.
They have a $6 meal that is wonderful. The issues I had were small, but definitely noticeable. My french fries were not full and my apple pie was barely warm. Besides those issues, the place was nice, clean and fast service. I got a Quarter Pounder with cheese, small fries, small drink and apple pie for $6.
