I am not originally from an area that has this fast food restaurant, but now that I have discovered it, it has become a favorite for me. This pal's has delicious food and super nice staff. Definitely will recommend.
Sauce burgers had some pink meat in it but it's all good still wish they would put one in my small town in Ashland ,va
I'm from Kingsport originally, and Pal's is still my favorite fast food burger & fries east of the Mississippi. AND they give you Duke's mayonnaise packets. Nuff said.
Uniformity is where this chain stand out and this location is no exception. Food is fresh, hot and fast. Just they way I like it.
Went up to the drive-thru the lady was really rude to me when she took my order wasn't very nice at all probably will never go back there again thank you
This is probably the first fast food restaurant I've eaten at that my overall reaction was WOW. We had bacon cheeseburgers, fries and sweet tea. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. The fries were fresh and still steaming hot.
