This meal was the highlight of our trip! It was such a nice change of pace to what you find along the main strips in Gaitlinburg. The food was delicious & the owners were so kind, warm, and welcoming. It had a great selection of wines. It’s a must stop!

Wonderful food. Outstanding hosts. This is fine dining at its best. The setting, the drinks, the dishes were first class. Highly recommend for foodies. Not your usual Gatlinburg fare. Perfect spot for a romantic dinner or night out with close friends.

We visited 3 weeks ago and I haven't stopped thinking about it yet! It was our first time in Gatlinburg and we visited the strip the first night which was crowded and overwhelming. I was looking for a peaceful spot with good food and somehow stumbled upon Red Oak Bistro. This place completely exceeded every expectation and was the best meal I've had in a long time. From the charming location (nestled in the hills with art galleries all around, the cabin is beautiful and cozy. We were able to enjoy dinner outside. Everything we tried was amazing and authentic to it's origins. Even the wine was amazing! For 2 people, we did 3 plates, the affogato and wine. It was plenty of food and we even had some leftover. I couldn't give this restaurant a higher rating!! 💕 The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the ratatouille, kebapche with cole slaw and potato salad, and the smoked oyster flatbread, an amazing Oregon pinot noir, and affogato for dessert. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

This place is amazing!! Its off the beaten path but worth it. Great service, great atmosphere and everything we ordered was delicious. We are not wine drinkers but they had a huge selection. We will come back here. Tapas style.

Holy moly we're these bites great!! Really fresh ingredients, really well prepared. Two of us shared one plate at a time and went through 4 total. We left properly content. Not "full", but definitely didn't need more. The zucchini dip in the bistro platter was especially noteworthy. And the Norwegian smoked salmon was incredible.

Off the beaten path, but worth every bit, especially for a romantic dinner. Food is small plate style, but no matter what you get, it's guaranteed to amaze. From the service, to the atmosphere you won't be disappointed. Wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and will absolutely be back. Good drinks, delicious food and beautiful decor.

Enjoyed a wonderful dining experience here. The food was fabulous, truly exceeding expectations with its flavors and presentation. What made the experience particularly memorable was the exceptional service provided by the husband and wife team who run the place. They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Their passion for what they do shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience.

Really special dishes...creative, quality ingredients and perfectly seasoned. Atmosphere is A+. Only gave 4 stars for service as waiter (owner?) never brought check after we asked for one. I had to go to bar to find him so we could leave. I will make a point of coming back when in the area as the food and atmosphere are really top notch.

Went there with a group for a birthday celebration. A cozy dining experience away from the crowds. Tapas style menu with plenty of options for everyone. The food and service were excellent and the owners came out to visit with us. Just a wonderful dining experience!!
