First, I wish we had a restaurant like this where I live. From the moment we walked in, everything was a delight. Our server, Jesse was extraordinary from answering our questions, to making sure everything was good, & his wine bottle service was such a relief to see, not many know proper bottle service. Our cocktails were flavorful & balanced. I worked in the industry myself & always appreciate those that strive to give guests a fantastic experience. The chefs in the kitchen are masterminds between the offerings, I really almost couldn’t decide what to get. We got complimentary cornbread & it was so good. My Chilean sea bass was cooked to perfection. I tried my boyfriend’s NY Strip & I loved the flavor of the dry aging. And to end with the black & white crime brûlée just solidified how I felt about my experience. This is a must go back for us. Thank you to all the staff that makes it such a fantastic experience!

My wife and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server, Tyler, was personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, specials & wines. Being a bourbon drinker, I was very impressed with their selection and reasonable pricing. The food was fantastic and the pistachio crusted, cranberry & orange marmalade cheesecake was one of the best I've ever had! The weather was perfect to enjoy an after dinner drink by the fire. Our only disappointment was that we hadn't discovered this place during our previous visits. Will certainly be visiting again next year!

A beautiful rustic, romantic styled restaurant tucked away from the main road and centered around trees. The driveway was smooth with plenty of parking spaces. The entryway up to the front door was nicely lit. Restrooms were tucked away when you first came through the door. Low, dim lighting (lanterns on the walls, candals on the tables) give this restaurant a romantic vibe. Our table ordered the egg rolls (not listed on the menu) as appetizers. I had the Chicken Marsala with rice pilaf and a Caesar salad. To drink, I tried the Hemingway daiquiri (as pictured) It was very good! The chicken was a bit dry and tough. But still seasoned well and cooked thoroughly.

The food was the best I've ever had. Our servers were knowledgeable and very friendly (we had a gentleman with gauged ears and a really tall gentleman). He made great recommendations and even got my husband to try a drink. It was the perfect place to spend our first anniversary as a married couple.

10/10 for sure. One of the best places we've eaten. The crafted cocktails are to die for... can't wait to go back just for those alone. The EXPERIENCE of dining at this restaurant was so wonderful. Because of all the nice little touches, I just felt so cared for. Food was delicious. I got duck, and it was perfectly cooked (medium rare). My wife got the pasta dish and loved it as well. Service was great as well, Hannah and the rest of the crew did an amazing job! Will be back the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

This is our 2nd trip here in 6 months, definitely our favorite restaurant in all of the area, today upon arrival we encountered a Mama bear and 3 cubs going thru the trash can, it was such a nice sight, mama looked hard at us but didn't bother us as we were no threat to her. Definitely try one of the special drinks they make, well worth sipping on. The steaks are absolutely the best anywhere...our server was Adam, he was spot on but had a party upstairs as well, when he was busy, a server named Jane was quick to clear plates and refill drinks, between Jane and Adam, we had celebrity style service.

We visited The Greenbrier to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The atmosphere was beautiful and elegant. The all the staff members were super friendly and accommodating of my peanut allergy-- going out of their way to make sure menu items would be safe for me. Our waitress brought me a rose which unfortunately I forgot to take when we left. She also brought us a dessert on the house which was above and beyond. All the items we ate were delicious! We definitely will plan to eat here again next time we are in the Gatlinburg area!

Everything was a grand slam, from the service to the food, it was all top notch. Every single dish was delicious and cooked perfectly. Did not disappoint at all. Even got a free dessert since it was my birthday, hit the dirty 30! Absolutely a must try for anybody wanting to get away and enjoy a meal you’ll never forget. I’ve never had a Dylan before and I wish I had filmed it. So cool to watch.

One word describes our dining experience, wow! Our server (Tyler) was very attentive, courteous and friendly. He definitely added to our experience and has a wonderful back story. Everything we had was delicious, but the drinks (I had the Smith and she had the Hemingway) and steaks were particularly noteworthy. My filet was probably the best I’ve ever eaten and needed no sauce or additional seasoning. While on the high end budget wise, it is worth it for special occasion or just to celebrate life. We will definitely be back. Our compliments to the culinary team, but especially our chef Drew.

We celebrated our 33 year Anniversary here. It was our first time visiting. We drove from.our vacation spot in Pigeon Forge. This is a very special place; Set away from everything, up high on a mountain. The food is exceptional - One of the best trouts I have ever had. There are a ton of drink choices and a special fire, smoked signature drink. We are happy we came here. They made our celebration great!

It's up a very steep hill. But once u get up there. It's great. Lots of parking. Delish food and staff were great. Def would go again. Tuna tartar was fantastic. Cocktails are a must drink. Salmon was so juicy and crispy skin. Def make reservations just to make sure u get to go here. The spoon bread you get for free is so good. It's like corn pudding. Love it

This was a perfect experience. We came to celebrate our anniversary and there was a fresh red rose waiting on our table. Our waiter, David, was congenial and personable and gave us good Intel on the cocktail and dinner menu. We received the complimentary spoon bread, which was like creamy cornbread. We then ordered the Volstead drinks and the Foie Gras & bone marrow with beef tartar for small plates, then we had the ribeye and New York strip for dinner. The sides were incredible. The smoked cheddar grits were our favorite! Our meal included a bowl of delicious creamy tomato & goat cheese soup and an intermezzo palette cleanser of lemon sorbetto.. then there was the generous complimentary dessert. We picked vanilla bean creme Brulee and it was the best we've ever had, consistency and flavor-wise. From start to finish they rolled out the red carpet for our special dinner and we will certainly return! This was fine dining.

What a wonderful restaurant! We missed out on the dining room because we didn't have a reservation, but the bartender/waiter (Jay) in the bar area was fantastic!!!! The food was 5 stars. If we are ever in the area again this will be at the "must return" list.

Hands down one of the best (if not THE best) filets I’ve ever had. Cut like butter and tasted amazing. The chef, Drew (or Iron Marshmallow as they called him) knows how to cook a steak to perfection. Our server, Tyler, was top notch, absolutely the best. Everything was perfect!

As part of our visit to the Smoky Mountains for our 5 year anniversary we were hoping to find a romantic restaurant immersed in nature. After some research we decided on Greenbrier. It exceeded our expectations. The ambience was perfect. There’s a bar that leads to a cozy fire pit area where you can lounge and enjoy the outdoors while you wait. The dining area is stunning - it feels like you’re in the middle of a forest. The staff were highly professional - we could not have asked for better service. They went over and beyond to make sure we had a good anniversary dinner. There was a rose on our table when we arrived, we received a complimentary dessert and they even brought an additional side they overheard us debating over. The food and drinks were very good. We especially enjoyed the spoon-bread and dry aged steaks which were prepared as requested. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.
