I visit this store often and I wish I knew their names but the blonde lady with nice skin and the younger lady with brown hair always has it in a ponytail and I think she has braces. Anyways they are the nicest and sweetest people there. I’ve never seen them mad or upset. Always pleasant. Whether it’s coffee in the morning or picking up lunch they always seem so happy!! I enjoy seeing them from time to time!
Fast, friendly service every single time! My orders are always correct, the food comes out at lightning speed, and the employees are very friendly.
The quarter pounders were not cooked fresh, and they place the burger boxes on top of the basket of delicious crispy fries that made them mushy. The young lady that carried out my food was pleasant and polite.
I love the mobile ordering, and curbside pick up, however, this location's curbside parking spots are in a very dark part of the parking lot, not very safe for staff and customers. But we enjoy the food and service, unfortunately, this was not a perfect visit we will still return.
A fantastic place to have a nice lunch, and the way they prepared my Big Mac was better than the last time I had one at a different McDonald's.
The location of this place is also pretty cool, from a geography standpoint, as it is right at the end of both US-701 and US-521!
Drive-thru could be improved, service needs to be a little faster to keep the line moving more smoothly. Ice cream & milkshake and frappe machines are always for some reason unbeknownst to our entire small town (and I believe to the workers themselves as well), which is the only major issue that needs to be resolved--- seems as if it gets resolved every other day. Workers are very nice and most seem to do a great job!! This is also the only 24hr restaurant locally!!
Being from NYC where the McDonald's coffee is a$$. This McDonald's in Georgetown, SC, I had the best coffee I ever had. Tell them ladies thanks again.
I got coffee from McDonald's in valley stream, NY this morning and I wanted to throw it away. Terrible. GEORGETOWN IS SHOWING OUT 😁😁
What can you say? It's McDonald's. It is what it is. If you like it, you love it. If you don't like it, just keep going. I still feel McDonald's has the absolute best french fries on the planet. This restaurant is extremely clean and modern. The drive-thru is extremely fast. They have two lines and two windows. I've never had any issue here and as a matter of fact one time when their system went down they didn't even make me pay for my meal. The staff is always friendly and the food is always as ordered.
We were out of town so this is way the food was actually good and hott! I was so excited because you don't get hot fries in the D!!!

Cleanest McDonalds I've seen in awhile. We ordered just BEC biscuits but we're given combos which we didn't want. Didn't eat hash browns. I didn't say anything. Just pd more than expected.
The breakfast we got was really yummy and fueled us for our road trip, but the service was pretty slow this morning it looked like they were unpacking a bunch of boxes and there was just one cashier for the line.
We always love to stop McDonalds during our travels becasue we know the food will be consistently good. It's the service and cleanliness that separates how good a dining experience you have, and this store was exceptional in staff. Very friendly and efficient. First McDonald's that was clean in the restrooms too. This is a plus.
This is honestly the best McDonald’s ever, I come here all the time after class and never have a problem, but today I noticed y’all had a new girl working, tall light skin girl with curly hair, she was extremely rude, didn’t say anything and literally slung my bag at me. When I opened my bag, the lid was literally knocked off and there was no syrup, when I came back in to ask for syrup, that same girl literally rolled her eyes at me. I’m always beyond nice to these employees, because I myself work behind a register and I understand what it’s like to be in their position, but at the same time, you don’t treat a customer that way.
