Werowocomoco - Geyserville - Photo album

Wero - American native food . 7/15/2018 - inside Virginia date winery. Don't let the name or decor fool you, this is not an effort to emulate tribal cuislne before America was invaded by European settlers. What is there is excellent homemade fresh flat bread crispy tacos salads and salmon. Bison rib
Love the ambiance and the simple, local menu. Some say there is an issue with Mr. Coppola cashing in on the indigenous culture of California, but he did receive permission from the local tribal elders. He also did his best to keep the recipes as true as possible to indigenous foods with a little f
This was a great find - who knew Francis Ford Coppola had another winery just down the road? A very relaxing wine tasting and the whole scoop on the back story of Virginia Dare (ask them - it's a great story!) Some interesting wines - we came away with a couple of bottles to enjoy later. Go upstairs
Love the whites and the wait staff. The history of the winery is interesting and Coppola has preserved a great American winery.
Excellent service and food. A unique dining experience. Great decor. Beautiful setting. After you visit you will want to take your friends to enjoy the experience with you. Fascinating story behind the iconic wines. Books and art display Native American history.
Amazing food and service!! If you get a chance to stop by while in the Geyserville area you've gotta stop by for a bite.
Is this owned by Coppola? i think it might be. It's fairly good. I'll definitely go again. Then? Go right up the street to Copolla's .. I love looking and dreaming about that Tucker! Wine's pretty good, too. I like the Virginia Dare wine, also. It's very tasty stuff.
A beautiful winery, with friendly, story-telling pourers. They now have a restaurant with Native American recipes (or inspired), no- not acorn pulp! Their wines are nice also, especially their Pinot Noir.
I visited during their harvest party. Wonderful experience. The hard cider was terrific. I tasted six wines; I liked the pinot noir the best. The staff well treated us.
Beautiful friendly atmosphere. The wines are fabulous and the tacos are a must... Loved the history behind each type of wine!!!
Lovely wines! Friendly tasting room. Try the restaurant on site too!
The Tucker car was a highlight.
