We loved our experience at this restaurant. For appetizers, we ordered the steak tartar, thai larb lettuce cups, cast iron fondue, and the bread and butter. All the appetizers were delicious! For main courses we ordered the filet mignon and the spicy thai curry mussels. The steak was cooked nicely, but the mussels were good, but not our favorite so we'd probably choose something different next time. For dessert we ordered the chocolate creme brulee, which was very good and not too sweet, which we really enjoyed! We also had the double dark chocolate brownie, which was amazing! We added a scoop of vanilla icecream to the brownie dessert and it was divine. Our server Lindsey was incredible nice, knowledgeable and accommodating.

You could try to find a better spot to stare at Mount Rainier while having dinner but I haven't been to one yet. Service is very good. Food is top notch. If you're a carnivore, you should get the Tomahawk and enjoy the leftovers tomorrow. Pancetta pork was very rich and delicious but almost too rich. Salmon entrée was well prepared and tasty to the last bite.

One of my favorite restaurants in Gig Harbor. Great food and a fantastic wine selection. It would be nice to have 1 vegan entrée on the menu. They did have a great vegan dessert. Great for a date night or special occasion.

Aug 27, 2021 On Aug 27, my hubby and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. We decided that we wanted to have dinner at a place we had never tried; after looking at reviews and comments, last week, we booked reservations at Brix 25 in Gig Harbor. After we arrived at the restaurant, we were able to get seated early. To my dismay, it wasn't a table with a view, although I had requested one. And technically, I could see the water off at a distance, but that required me to be looking over other patrons dining there, which didn't seem right. My hubby had a view of a car and some bushes. Unfortunately some of the photos we viewed are a bit deceiving; although the restaurant's location isn't on the waterfront (like some of the pictures made it seem), it was close to it. About our Dinners. First of all, if I could rank on presentation alone for both entrees and the appetizer, I would rank them a five-star. We started with an appetizer, Thai Larb Lettuce Cups, and ordered some bread and butter, which happened to be a sourdough with compound butter. Both were delightful, and the lettuce cups were full of flavor; if you order them, be prepared for them to be a little messy, but the flavors were so there! We would order again. My dinner was the Seared King Salmon, kale, whipped potatoes finished with squid ink, plated on herb aioli, with Sicilian green olives, sun-dried tomato, and parmesan sauce. Our server asked me if medium rare was alright for the salmon; That was a new experience; I've never had that asked before when ordering salmon, none less, I agreed. Although my salmon being reasonably good, the portion amount was lacking in size. I can't honestly say it was above and beyond my expectations. My hubby's dinner was the Pork Chop, served with baby potatoes, veggie, and a garlic caper sauce. He enjoyed the flavors but commented that the pork chop is a little on the more challenging side. After taking a little taste, I was shocked that the beautifully plated chop was indeed not as tender as it looked, again on the smaller side. Brix 25 offers outdoor dining, which is great if you have pets tagging along or for safety reasons such as Covid. The restaurant was clean and uncluttered; tables were tidy and spaced apart well, with no soiled tables and odd smells. However, we feel the price of their menu didn't match the look and feel of their restaurant, which happened to be more of a laid back relaxed feel than a place that charges $29.50 for a seared pork chop, IMO. Restrooms were all-gender, clean, with no funny smells, no soap residue, or unkempt floors. Brix 25's location is 3315 Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor, Washington. The restaurant is within walking distance of Harborview Marina. If you have never been to Gig Harbor, it's a beautiful little town with a variety of eateries and shopping experiences and a view to die for, a must-see for anyone who is visiting! *Keep safe, and please keep supporting all of our local businesses and jobs*

Amazing atmosphere. You get sat with a complementary glass of champagne that is very delicious. The cocktails were well balanced. Each food item was well thought out, with every ingredient having a unique but much need place in the dish. Definitely a place there the perfect bite (a little of each ingredient) is needed.

Wonderful food. It's obvious that the chef loves his art and takes pride in the quality. Ambience was relaxed, able to have conversations (4 people) and hear everyone without shouting to be heard. The cauliflower gratin was amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly and tender. The only neutral is the costs are a bit high but the food was worth it.

Dining at this restaurant was a fantastic journey starting with the free glass of champagne as we sat down. The service team was impeccable with everybody helping each other to make sure the customers were taking care of. The decor was a freshened up crisp version of a beach house. I tried two different gin drinks both unique and fresh. My husband enjoyed his perfectly executed old-fashioned. Every dish we tried had layers of complex flavors and textures. Some of which you wouldn't think go well together like the grilled octopus with potatoes or the sauce for the steak that seemed to be almost African inspired with a hint of cinnamon. The pickle the vegetables had a great presentation with a sauce that was so complementary and elegantly presented I would take that over a salad any day. The carrot cake was decadent and moist with the opposing texture of candy carrot on top that this was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had. This will be on our list for a top go to restaurant for special occasions. Heck, I think if I live closer I'd just go there all the time!
