Best breakfast spot ever, from the signature pancakes to the mimosas and full bar. We love how fresh and yummy the food is and the staff is always great. The only down side is there can be an hour wait if you show up around 10am. But it’s cool they have a girl making bloody Mary’s and mimosas for sale as you wait. If you are from out of town this place won’t disappoint. Enjoy!!

We had no wait, even though the place was busy. We even asked for a different table and were accommodated. The food was excellent, and our server was fantastic! A great atmosphere with an eclectic playlist that kept the teens and old folks happy. Everyone was throughly impressed.
Could not have been better!! Brunch on the patio was perfect even though the temp was close to 100. After two excellant bloody Marys, my daughter ordered the benedict duo and I ordered the stuffed French toast. Both were superb. My mouth waters just thinking of it. Will definitely go back!!!
My boyfriend and I love breakfast. Our previous favorite place to eat in the East Valley was Over Easy, but this is our new favorite!! The food was delicious, and our server was very kind. Try the OMG French Toast, you will not be disappointed.
Second time we visited Snooze, and the service was on point. Our waitress was hands down awesome! She checked on us regularly, tended to is with no hesitation, and with a great personality and smile the entire time! And the food was purely delicious! Highly recommended to make a stop for a great meal! �
Wow! I'm here on vacation and can't believe how amazing the food was. I loved that I could try 2 different benedicts and they offer that option with pancakes too. Our server, Madison, was great! Will definitely come back!

This was our first time to Snooze. They accommodated our 11 people group easily work out a wait at 7:30am on father's day. This in itself was huge. Follow that up with timely service and great food. All this put together with our family, made for a wonderful fathers day breakfast.
Food was great. They have a bar so you can order drinks while you wait. Staff was friendly and our server gave us a free cinnamon roll pancake, which was delish. They have a nice variety of menu items. We will definitely go back.

Food is excellent. Make sure you get at least one pancake while you’re there. Well worth the wait. It’s usually always 30 minutes to an hour wait at any of these locations.

I had the egg white veggie omelet and my husband had the OMG French toast. They were both delicious! We sat in front at a sidewalk table and it was much quieter than eating indoors. Had great service. Would definitely recommend Snooze to everyone to try!
About a 30 min wait each time but they never disappoint.

This was a great space for brunch. We sat outside and had great views to people watch. The breakfast carbonara was so good. Eggs Benny was silky. Espresso martinis were light. Portion sizes are not too big. We loved it.
Very happy with our overall experience. Came in on a Thursday at 1030 in the morning, seemed pretty busy. Parking can be a bit tricky, there is a large parking lot around back, with a little bit of a walk, if you don't find parking in front or on the side.
We sat on the back patio, which was lovely, although the unpleasant side of that was sure to a large amount of flies that everyone seemed to constantly be swatting away.
Our food took about 30 min to come out. (We were a party of 11, so I figure that is what took so long.) It was nicely plated and tasted good.
For your birthday, they came out with a birthday pancake with a candle in it! That was such a treat!
Inviting atmosphere, amazing staff and great food & drink choices! Be prepared to wait a little bit for an inside seat, however, we chose to sit outside with the shade and the misting system and were seated immediately. The rear patio area was surprisingly comfortable for a mid morning Arizona summer.
The adult beverage list is plentiful. I opted to try a spicy Bloody Mary and it was perfect, same goes for every drink served to our table! Absolutely all of the food is phenomenal. This place has some of the nicest servers and certainly lots of my favorite food! Not to mention delicious drinks and amazing soda so everyone of every age can partake and enjoy! A wholesome atmosphere met with a wonderful culinary experience and servers who will do their best to match the energy and make sure you're having a good morning, you're bound to enjoy your morning for sure!
Update, went back today and brought some family members. We were a bit scared they'd be indifferent as they aren't foodies- I have never seen them eat so much before, and grandpa practically swallowed his whole chili Verde burrito plate in one bite. AMAZING

Did not understand the fanfare surrounding this eatery. I wasn't impressed by servings that were occasionally not so attractive and needlessly large. But the hollandaise sauce with smoked cheddar on the eggs benedict was extremely good.
The French toast was just the best...pancakes were fluffy and hot....generous serving of maple syrup would be better...in drinks the lemonade was very sugary...mimosas were okay. The crab cake Benedict was super tasty...so were hash browns.Service was so so...a little indifferent.
However the indoor outdoor seating was amazing. Making reservations is recommended..also impressive canopy sheet..the suncover umbrellas with water sprinklers to combat the heat.
Fun place with traditional choices and specials that are sure to please everyone. Service was good but kitchen was a little slow. Food came out warm with good flavors and seasoned well.
However, a couple of bacon was super crunchy and hard, and a couple of the poached eggs were over cooked and didn't have a runny yolk.
Overall, lot's of selections to chose from, prices are average, and definitely worth giving it a try. Come early as it gets busy and wait can be long.
We ordered the pancake flight and choose 1) strawberry shortcake, 2) blueberry danish and the weekly special, 3) maple bacon green chili. WOW. They were all amazing.
I enjoy baked goods and my favs in order are 1,3,2. My husband is a candy person and his favs in order were 1, 2,3.
If you want to play it safe, are not allergic to strawberries and don’t hate all things amazing go with the Strawberry Shortcake. You will NOT be disappointed. They are light, not overly sweet, and just delicious.

We've never been to this location, but we have been to 2 other ones. This place in Gilbert is huge! Really well done. So cute. Greeted at the front door by a staff member, then seated promptly. Sabrina came and took our orange juice orders, then brought them back quickly. We placed our food order with her, and minutes later, it came out perfectly. Whenever we come down from Seattle, we always stop at 1 of their loadings to grab a quality breakfast. Great job, Snooze A.M.
Amazing. I had the pancake flight and a boozy drink. Hubs had the shrimp & grits. Food was amazing. No sprinkles for my patriotic pancake but it was still good. Definitely give them a try!

Breakfast-Different Eatery!! Loved everything about this place. Friendly attention-driven service to all things in-between-kitchen and food to your table, and Menu to Palate! This delectable anticipation is well worth the price of admission, only there isn't any!! You have to try this venue. It's breakfast 🥞 heaven!! You have got to come on down to Old Downtown Gilbert! You will never regret it!!
Everything was so delicious! We got the shrimp and grits & Elote pasta. Please try the pineapple upside down pancake too, it was awesome. The strawberry martini mimosa was my favorite. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!
Delicious breakfast and well portioned. Not too big or small. Service was very good with our orders taken promptly, followed by coffee delivery and then breakfast in good time. Plenty of space between tables also.
