I've come to love Salad and Go because it's such an excellent value for what you get. In a time when everything is ridiculously expensive, this place comes through with great food at great prices. The menu is small and simple, and the quality is pretty good considering how little everything costs
The pleasant staff needs to slow down when making wraps. Notorious for not evenly distributing ingredients. 1st bite straight mouthful of poblano peppers 7am... and she forgot the potatoes I requested.

I imagine my surprise when I discovered Blue Cheese in my Greek salad. I hate Blue cheese. NEVER, have I ever seen Blue Cheese in a Greek salad. O
Went to Salad and Go for the first time. It was amazing exceeded my expectations. Was greeted by a lovely lady named Katelyn. She brought such an inviting vibe and a big ol great smile like from the South where my home is.
The Cob Salad was by far the best salad I've had at any restaurant of that type. The quality, type.and quantity of the various ingredients was incredible, and the price was also great.
