I'm writing this review to encourage Garrett and all the young men (and women if applicable). They are doing the best with what they have, they take pride in their work from what I've seen. In the last year or so it has gotten cleaner and the service has improved. For value, this place is a hidden gem for me. The teenagers I've dealt with have always treated adults/customers (me) with respect. So far I've never had to send food back but I trust based on the owner responses here and what I've seen that they would make it right. I always get pizza and rarely get pasta. I recently tried the boneless chicken wings and enjoyed the chicken and the sauce. Keep up the good work, guys.
I don’t know what the issue was with these other peoples reviews but this pizza is bomb dot com. Even my wife likes it and she doesn’t like pizza. 10/10 would pizza again.
Also the front desk person ran into an issue with my card and handled it great. 10/10 would front desk again.

The pizza here was great and the service just as wonderful. While waiting for our pizza, I watch the management on duty out out a fire that required the driver to ho back out and deliver ranch dressing that was not delivered on the original drive. They tried to give credit, but the person on the phone clearly was not being nice. The employee never broke from kindness and professionalism. I will for sure be back.
I love pizza and it is my once a week comfort food. I try different places in the Chandler/Gilbert area. I do have to say my pizza tonight was one of the best in a long time. I ordered it extra crisp. The crust was just right, the toppings and cheese loaded and the sauce was tasty. The pickup service was friendly and I'll be back.
We ordered pizza and a salad tonight from Rosati‘s of GILBERT. The pizza was meatball, green pepper, and onion! We ordered the thin crust pizza, and it was excellent! We also had the chopped salad and it was very fresh and the lettuce was very crisp! Customer service was excellent and the pizza was ready at the time that I was told we could pick it up. We enjoyed the food and will be ordering again very soon.
4 stars for the Pizza taste as it was delicious and makes up for the things I didnt like. Wait time is really long, but the manager girl was really caring and helpful to the customer and handled the situation exceptionally. Bathrooms need a touch up asap, the paper towel dispenser was broken in one bathroom and the other bathroom had the toilet paper dispenser broken. Forgot which kind of cake I had for a dessert, but it was delicious!!!
Rosati’s and Valvista and Gilbert is our go to pizza place. It is always good but a few weeks ago it was amazing. I do believe it was the owner who was making the pizzas that day and it was fabulous. Best Chicago style thin crust pizza in the Phoenix area.
I really enjoyed the food here. The vegetarian pizza with the spinich and white sauce was pretty good. Great flavor and they respected my wishes wjen I requested certain things due to allergies and sensitivities. It was quick service too. The people there behind the counter were also very sweet. The pregnant girl behind the counter helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
